Amtrak 164's First Appearance in the Northeast! P448 in Framingham

After Amtrak's previous Phase IV heritage unit was repainted as a result of a rebuild, 164 received NEC Phase IV paint without any 40th anniversary lettering. When I received a message one afternoon that it would be trailing on the Lake Shore Limited that night, I had to get out and see it. Here is the first and so far only time Amtrak 164 has been in Massachusetts since the repaint.
