Sir i will be appearing in upsc cse in 2027 soo which ncert should i read like the old, new or the latest launch plz help me out... Or all three will be relevant in 2027 and 2028 and upcoming years....

Read new as of now latest are not that much changed or you can wait till that what is minor differences from new to latest is known .
