They clarified the chisel thing in the comments of that reddit post, basically it's 20% per chisel on white maps, 10% on yellow and 5% on red maps "and above", the last of which is a somewhat interesting tid-bit, most likely about t17 maps I guess.

You can see in the first clip that determ flat armour got halved, they allse showed a new tier of body armors in the quality currency clip and they showed a very high life roll on boots in the multiplicative clip

i love the quality change the quality currency always felt so useless while leveling but now you can just buy a new weapon base slam a whetstone and maybe an essence of contempt and boom you have a better weapon
the point is, you can slam the whetstone after the essence now
why not add an entering and exiting portal effect, like getting sucked into a portal or jumping into? or you know the imagination
@@arjunratnadev cuz you have to use portals in endgame, so an animation would make entering portals slower which would be hundreds of hours waste for ppl who play a lot
@@misterzer0665 you can quicken the animation if you wanted, please, please, don't tell me that's not possible
@@arjunratnadev well i guess they could make a checkbox to completely deactivate the animation ... but this would mean, making a feature which would not be used by 99% of the player base while it also have no purpose

I am starting practice already with you RF chieftain as my league starter since it could do everything I tried this league. I used league start CA DO but unfortunately the build can't clear T17 in a reasonable budget locking me out of progression x.x
Not resetting auras is great, but I just don't want to have to press the button for RF in every zone. Once they removed the ability to use RF as your walk button, it's just been this small but constantly annoying thing.
But quality is a multi on armor?
Armor stacker can be nerfed?
if its on body armor, doesnt that mean anything under 100% local armor is worse now, as lets say you have 80% increased armor, old qaulity would make it 100%, but new quality would make it 96% no?
Multiplicitive is always better than additive(unless its for a % chance for something or reductions like resistance) but for your example: a 1000 armour base with 80% armour prefix and 20% quality; before: 1000 * 2 = 2000 armour; now: 1000 * 1.8 * 1.2 = 2160 armour.

waiting for the QoL note that is actually a huge nerf.
2 Scenarios i can see here with all those "Take away power to move it on gear and get 10% more" Its a buff (Nerf)
1. If thats the case, easly game of player will get way way worse because crafting your sh`t in yellow maps is pretty unlikely, and most dont give a damn about late craft = Early game will feel even worse than it is now.
2. They not only buff bases - but also all tree nodes/masteries for Armour and Evasion (Like instead of 8% inc we get 10%), in this case things will feel similar to better with more investment into gear = which is okay. The other thing that i should mention about quality multi is that uniques will now be even more privilage early game than before (Restless ward is kinda nice after change, Brassdome and Vigilance even better)
Of course we didn't saw everything yet to judge already to full extend, but most of the times lately this is how they implement these kind of changes by making it looks better than it is in reality. We'll see, things getting worse and worse for builds that beyond meta and my only hope that these guys will make it right (Probably in 10 leagues from 3.25, classic).

@@arjunratnadev i play rf with defiance destiny mb, crafted dagger w +1fire +1all skills, all vaal skill level 21, i am level 100, adorned jewel. ubbers are stupidily hard and slow compared to other build. rf sucks ass
@@petrub27 what vaal skills?, I don't use any? and this is the only build I was able to even attempt Maven to get my fourth voidstone and did a T-17 map boss deathless, RF is the way to go my man, the leveling up is also really smooth on this build, don't people do ubers with RF all the time?
i bet it is going to be a nerf, the value of the new armor and the new auras going to be lower than the auras before, because sometimes you use uniques items that don't have a significant defense, but you need it to make your build work, that's for defense, for mele, i guess it's a buff
Still forced to loot 9767854478996 bazillion currencies from the ground instead of just sending them to the stash directly like expedition currency.
Still forced to play the campaign for endgame instead of map leveling from the beginning in almost 2025.

No matter what they do as a somewhat new player, I still won't beat map bosses or get Divines, or get great gear or.......why am I still playing POE..... Love being cruel to myself ! Great game ! Waiting on POE 2 !
I mean not beating map bosses or getting divines or getting good gear is a personal choice. You need to ask yourself why that is
