My bestfriend over 15 years started acting funny out of nowhere and I no longer reach out and let her be. I had a few other ''friends'' start acting insecure, jealous, envious and had secret animosity towards me and those demons turned out to be narcissist and I cut them off. People are real iffy and I learned to enjoy my own company.

Agreed. They hate and envy us who can be strong as an individual, who are successful with ease, who can talk to men casually, get respected and have no problems with them. It's so easy... don't approach men with hostility. They want equality and inclusion and yet walk around with such toxic prejudice. Maybe feminism was an important movement 100 years ago when women fought for equal rights. We have those equal rights now in our Western society, so that type of feminism is toxic as we see it today.
Yup, we are sometimes like that bow and arrow pulled all the way back only to be flung forward passed everyone...but the pulling back is part of the journey for chosen ones. That is a metaphor of course that I liked. I think being chosen one was accepting the call when you saw the writing on the wall and saying yeah, I have no choice but to take this path. I'm on it. And yeah they do want to spin it us and make us the 'bad guy" or the problem, so true. I can get along well with anyone but if you don't take or listen to their bullsh t and lies, then your out, they shame you. I want to live in truth and peace, not betrayal and manipulation and phoniness. That is insanity. It's nuts. I have always said, I want the real deal, not fake AF. God gives me the strength for this path and I just started feeling extremely grateful for it.

Older people in my life tried to warn me and I was too stupid and young to even consider taking that advice. But I definitely am better off now that I’m away from all my old friends and family. At first it was hard but it gets easier the longer you focus on yourself and keep your goals at the forefront of your mind.

I am a woman, but not a feminist and truth be told, these kind of women are no ones I want to associate myself with. Personally, I have always been a lone wolf. My best friends as a kid were all boys and as a grown, mature adult I get along with men perfectly fine. Even though I have been abused by men, it did not leave me bitter or hatred toward men. Quite the opposite: I healed what needed healing, experienced growth and gained new tools and strength to navigate in this world, and my relationship to men has even improved through that. The problem with feminists is that they want to be loud and are only strong in their group. That does not help the individual. When a feminist has to go back to her regular job at the office, she will have to face her male boss alone. She needs to build the stamina and strength and capability to face that man and stand her own ground away from the group, but instead, she likes to label that man abusive, play the victim, and find validation in her group of feminists. Those kind of women are actually quite weak and also discriminating toward men the same way.

When the Lord woke me up from my slumber, he not only saved me but I do not hold hatred in my heart. I've been abused by men. Totally mistreated and hurt by the men I trusted the most. I have learned what the Lord wants from me and how much forgiveness is So necessary to be able to heal from that. These people have no idea what they do. Same as the beginning of time.

I'm just afraid that the word forgiveness can be misunderstood in our society and, perhaps, it would make you lose your credibility in court situations. That being said, I accept that there are abusive people out there. You cannot change them. They are usually disordered as in narcissistic or anti-social personality disorder. But for every abusive or disordered man I found out there, I found just as many women fitting the same profile.

Just thinking about this off the top and from a different angle, I think it shows a real disassociative personality from whoever is saying "ALL men ____" or "ALL woman ____" as they are seemingly unable to identify someone who hurt them and use the blanket generality to cover the unhealed wounds and shame of not confronting the individual and moving past the traumatic event(s).
That is nothing to blame them for, they just still have a ways to go to recognize it wasn't a faceless, identity-less archetype that hurt them it was an individual that may need to be personally named (in some cases, anyway). Something to that effect, anyway. Best to you!
