The Last Tour at CEI * Part I

- The Robinsons have the distinction of having been the last family to get a tour of the birth place of The Rock-afire Explosion. This is even though there has been a huge reorganization and preparation for our move to our new shop.
I considered it an important enough event to personally video tape this event and will put it up in pieces.
Here's Part I of The Robinson's Tour, June 3rd, 2022.
Haven’t been a premium subscriber for a while. Had no idea the building was being sold. Breaks my heart to see it go but I’m glad this isn’t the end for Rockafire. Can’t wait to see the new shop and be a premium subscriber again so I can keep up with this kind of news. So glad I got to tour the place twice and see all those great pieces of Rockafire history. That's wild. I miss the old days of Showbiz. I had all the dolls from that place and the record of the music. Loved the shows you put together. Thank you for being part of my childhood.

Amazing work, young man! I did the same thing as a kid. One weekend I took my pictures to our local Showbiz Pizza and the manager was so impressed he hung them behind the pizza counter for everyone to see for a month. It's good to see your family is very supportive, you have a natural affinity for engineering. It took me nearly 40 years to come back around to what I enjoy doing.
Very happy we got to do a tour with you back in 2018. We were visiting Orlando and added it in last second. Ended up being the highlight of our trip. Thank you Aaron for allowing so many people to be a part of your CEI journey

If you ever do tours again i will save up every single penny and every single quarter just to see all of the animatronics ever since I was four, I've had an interest in animatronics i just loved how you could make them preform any song and do anything like shake their head or play the drums. Thank you Aaron Fechter

So glad I got a tour of my bucket list before the move and that we’ll get footage of the final tour. My only regret will be forgetting to get a picture with the bots, but maybe someday after the move I’ll be back. Hope the move goes well.

@@matlightfxproductions The shows weren’t actually built in the building Aaron has now anyway. They had a huge manufacturing building on Michigan Street in Orlando where all the shows were built. The building on Jefferson Street that Aaron has had for so long was the Creative Engineering headquarters and was where all the R&D work took place that helped improve the designs of the characters.
What an amazing little artist he is!
So much interesting stuff to see. I would love to watch the band perform in person.

The show Aaron has is the bear country jubilee so the white bear is called chet fatakinz for some reason Aaron thinks he has the country bear jubilee so that's why he calls chet Billy Wilbur

That boy has insane talent!!! Hes the exact same age i was when i drew a lot! That implies he's probably been drawing since he was very little just like me! I absolutely love his design of the building blueprint for Showbiz Pizza!

I was watching the documentary video of CEI and I kept telling myself that I needed to join the premium member to watch all your new videos and someday might go on the tour there but sad that's the last tour for the lucky family to see inside

Hey, I was wondering what your opinion on Chuck E Cheese 2.0. They’ve been removing the animatronics and trashing them, including old Rockafire bots. I was wondering if you had an opinion on it, since my old location used to be the 100th showbiz pizza and it’s getting the bots removed in a few weeks. It’s honestly really sad, but I’m doing my best to rescue them. Hope your move goes well and long live the RAE
Well, my old location (Atlantic Blvd, Jacksonville FL) was the second Showbiz to ever open, oldest Showbiz/CEC operating in FL, oldest Showbiz operating overall, and first to get the RAE. It changed to Studio C Alpha in 2000, and gets 2.0 in October 2022.
My nearest CEC (Indianapolis) got their bots removed not too long ago, so I've heard. Good luck my guy!
It really is sad to see! I loved CEC as a kid, and that carried over into adulthood. I've only really known RAE for about a year now, but I love it so much! I wish I had known about it long enough to go on a tour of CEI. I'm hoping there will be a time when that can happen. Maybe someday!

Omg, I literally thought you were just going to stop doing tours, but I misunderstood! And not too long ago, I told my mom about the tour, but yet unfortunatelywe the ticketsare a bit expensivefor us. Faz is a family favorite, and I can see why my mom likes him so much... They have a very similar sense of humor XD (I never experienced the rock a fire explosion in person sadly)
