Where you are building how far are you from Accra and Cape Coast?
Thank you for watching. Gomoa Akramang 1 hour from Accra and about 2 hours from Cape coast it all depends on traffic.
Why build a wall before the actual house?
To secure the land from people building on your property.(encroachment) it’s a thing here in Ghana
Im aware of encroachment just giving some advice, but A simple wire fence would also stop encroachment and cost a lot less then a brick wall, you can focus more resources on the actual house, most of the smart locals in the areas the way they would have built something simple for land boundaries and use the resources for a actual structure/House, then build the wall after if they want to., how much did the wall cost if you dont mind me asking?❤ One Love!
@@TneoAI after u build the house.. you will need a brick wall like she has... so its best to do the wall first encroachment ia really real in Ghana... people will take your land... most people build wall first to be aafe
