Just replaced my 2 stroke with a 25hp Merc 4 stroke.
Unbelievable the difference, quicker and much quieter.

Its currently got a 70hp Merc 2 stroke on it and I don't think it needs to be that big so probably looking for a 50 or 60hp 4 stroke. Always had 2 strokes and hated them for the noise and unreliability.
