It's a danelectro.
It's a Danelectro Convertible but it looks heavily modded to me. The different headstock suggests it might have a new neck, he appears to have covered the airhole with tape and it has a new bridge. In more recent videos he seems to be still using it but he's now had a Bigsby fitted to it.
