Thanks Bern, it's reassuring to hear that I'm on the right track, just need to work on my self-love and confidence now. The point about admiration is so true, after I was emotionally hurt and judged by my now ex boyfriend I lost my respect for him and felt like he couldn't do anything right after this. I just had so much resentment because of the way he treated me, but I hung onto the relationship out of loyalty, even though it was toxic.

You go very deep, and I am stepping out of a relationship that is not going forward. I am leaving him while keeping the door open. He gave me such freedom within myself and the only way that I can give him freedom within himself is by stepping away and keeping the friendship. I have work to do and so does he, and we need time away from each other to understand if we want to be together forever. In a way know that I do, but here I need time separate from him. Thank you for going deep, because my relationship with my man is not easy at all.
