I've listened to Plastic Jesus like 15 times, so I guess I'm happy listening to it again this episode
His story and VAing is so very excellent, I too have listened to PJ numerous times and even had my son listen to it. Reminds me of the narrator for the 70s TV show Grizzly Adams. 🖤
So far, Drew Blood and CSR are the ones I am rooting for.

I have the same feeling without the witch or the pressure on my chest. My problem is my mind wakes up before my body, I can hear my children speaking and moving around the house (though I think this is part of the dream), and I feel like I’m awake but I can’t move. I can see the room just like I do when I’m awake but I struggle to get up from the bed. I yell out for help, for someone to wake me up, to help me move, but help never comes. I’ve learned subconsciously to fight as hard as I can to move and begin to breathe really hard because that’s the only thing that wakes me up. It seems as the more it happens, the harder I have to work and breathe laboriously, but when I finally wake up, it’s like I’ve instantly snapped out of a trance. Only happens if I try to take a nap in the daytime. It’s never happened at night.

That's a super long Sam Elliott car commercial...
Plastic jesus was brutal to listen to. Boring, badly narrated and horribly sung. That DID NOT sound like someone dying from a stab to the neck. Sounded like the generic mystery cough that kills your parents at the start of a video game.
We and many other listeners will simply have to disagree on this one. :) But that's okay, Drew is not for everyone. Fortunately, there are plenty of talented folks to choose from on our channel.

This voice and voice pattern makes me think of no other then Otis Jiles himself. As if he is talking through a voice changing device. No disrespect intended, I'm not a fan of Otis Jiles. Any story he is involved narrating is quickly dismissed. Great stories, just can't tolerate his voice or style. I love this channel and I'm sure Otis Jiles himself is a great person. Just not my "favorite drink" ..
