Back before the 1054 split, the Spanish had something called Mozarabic Chant.

@@ioannispolemarkhos7364 that had nothing to do with the split. it was a mix of asturian/ visigothic with the arabic ummayad influences. it is formed by christians living under arabic/ islamic rule, hence the name mozarabi, meaning becoming arab.
