****** Today's topic is the prefrontal cortex, which is a key part of the brain that helps us understand ourselves better. Think of this part of the brain as the CEO, making all the important decisions and coordinating our thoughts, feelings, and actions. If you stay all the way to the end, I promise you'll learn things about your mind that could change the way you live your life.

Redoing what you were doing can have a rewinding effect and can re-jog the thoughts that disappeared. If you were watching a movie when a thought entered your noggin that escaped almost as quickly as it formulated, then rewind the film to that section and rewatch it. Maybe it'll come back or maybe it won't. This trick can be done regardless what you were doing when an idea comes to you and then fades away. If you were walking into a room, just repeat the process in hopes you repeat the process.
