What if give a IANB of mixture of 1.5ml 2% lignocaine 1:100000 with 1ml plain 0.5% Bupivacaine using a single syringe???
Will the plain bupivacaine absorb some epinephrine of lignocaine to show its epi effect which a clinician don't want in that particular case???
