How incredibly well done! I adore this family and the entire show. I’m on season 7 and I’m trying to pace myself because I know I’ll be lost without the feels it brings! ❤️ Side note - I have a deep appreciation for the Turners because the gift of adoption has brought so much love into my own family! Shelagh is one of the most genuinely loving characters ever written and Laura Main does an incredible job of playing this part. If she hasn’t received accolades and awards from the powers-that-be, something is wrong with the system!
@@Queen_SpringsteenYes Angela was adopted. Shelagh had TB in earlier seasons and because of that tests showed she couldn’t conceive. So they adopted Angela. And a few years later she unexpectedly got pregnant with Teddy. And they fostered Mae after Nuns brought a couple babies over from china that were for adoption. I wish they’d just adopt Mae! But her biological mother won’t give them full custody!
