We got to be very careful our we could end up creating things that could flat out endanger our wipe out existing life on other existing plants. So nothing violent and parasitic and can rapidly reproduces. nothing that hunts other creatures for sport to see if there ready to be considered a mature and honorable life form a very aggressive ugly on at that. Shesh I don’t fell like having to rush to the chopper now. Definitely do not make anything gigantic with three heads that’s capable of wiping out whole cites with easy yet alone whole planets. Definitely definitely do not create anything that needs blood to flourish especially not humosapain blood. Nothing with a ravanish appetite for meat. especially ones of decent intelligence that can shot poisonous quills roll up in little balls out join together to become one giant ball of death. Shesh making a plant has so many risks.
I'm not surprised our God's initial reaction of seeing us is immediately trying to pass us off to someone else and noping out of the situation. I'd do the same thing 🤣

I have heard about exoplanets that have rains of diamond or orbit black holes. Some of the wilder parts of the cosmos being forgotten school projects from gods does explain the wackiness that is the universe.
I mean, orbiting a black hole is the same except there's no sunlight.
I forget if we found any where it rains diamonds but, we did find a planet that was like a decent % diamonds by volume.

As a god, I’m creating a solar system with 10 planets. The first 2 planets closest to the twin suns are hellish rocky worlds similar to Venus. Planets 3 through 6 will be within the habitable zone and be a mixture of rocky and Super Earth planets with different intelligent civilizations on them. Planets 7 and 8 will be gas giants like Jupiter. Planets 9 and 10 will be ice giants like Uranus. Finally there will be a Yellow Dwarf and a much larger blue star in the center of the star system.
"Has to be a terrestrial planet" followed by "so no ice world" threw me for a loop.
For context I'm going into planetary and terrestrial planet basically just means mostly metals and silicates (like sand the stuff is made of). So, unless a world is mostly nonmetals (ie, water/ice, carbon, etc) or gas it's terrestrial. And by mostly I mean including the interior. Even when earth froze over it was still a terrestrial planet.

@@GXrst64tlc That's the trick, you don't fix humans. Fix their environment, and they fix themselves for you.
She can start by changing internet search algorithms around so that it's much easier to find accurate information than misinformation, and give everyone on the planet free connection to the internet. That'll give us the knowledge to start fixing the political side of things.
Next, she could create some new products that can only be created in the poorest areas of the world, and only with skilled labor that requires more and more skill and education to make better and better versions of that product. Perhaps a new plant that can be turned into a delicious source of food by well trained chefs, but only right after it is freshly picked. That would incentivize dictators to educate their people and start treating them better in order to capitalize on the new source of money. As they educate their people and give them more power in the economy, the people will have more leverage to demand better rights, thus elevating themselves to a better lifestyle.
Next, she could look around all the other planets the gods made for better forms of government, and introduce them through the internet. We really need at least a better form of democracy, like Approval Voting. Honestly, maybe just using the free internet access she created to raise awareness about alternative forms of voting like Approval Voting or Ranked Choice voting would be enough for this.
If you fix humanity's environment in ways like these, then the humans will fix themselves.

See, that's the problem. Gods don't have advisors. Any god's first order of business should always be to make a super smart adviser to tell them stuff like "dude, don't tell Abraham to kill his kid, that's just rude. Focus on helping him feed his people and lay the foundations for a government that will truly be able to represent its people."
@@brainydragonva Thing is, environment isn't everything when looking at human behaviour. Humankind is still stuck with the brains we had in the African plains 100,000 years ago, a brain wired to chasing down prey, mating with other primates and generally doing everything in our power to survive. 100,000 years is too little time for any of that to fundamentally change, and as such, fuckups we remain.
Also, I'm not sure if looking to other planets is a good idea - it seems like the gods in this world rule fairly oppressively, and have little regard for mortal lives. I'm guessing most other worlds are locked into ultra-theocratic monarchies with beings specifically designed to worship their creators, and who are content to live with the status quo.
We probably have to find our own way out of this mess, but someday we'll get over it, one way or another.

To counter it not being good, it gives us freedom. All other sentient life forms were designed by gods, and as such lack uniquely human characteristics - curiosity, competitiveness and expansionism. Our audaciousness has allowed us to conquer the Earth and bend it to our will. In the far future, it will allow us to conquer planets, stars and galaxies. Nothing else will be able to, the thought of doing so won't even cross their minds. And in a thousand, ten thousand, or a million years, it will be the warships of the humankind dictating the terms of surrender to every last planet and every last god
