Thank you this is very helpful I've been seeing a lot of different types of resistance bands at my local stores and athletic stores and I always wonder how do you use them I know how to use some of them but not all, they're mostly used for rehabilitation exercises but can resistance bands build muscle? The big fabric resistance bands the ones that go on the lower body can those help build glute muscle and leg muscles or are they only used for rehabilitation exercises and treat injuries?

Thanks for watching! absolutely, bands can build muscle. even better, they can really target the stabilizers of joints, so I like to combine them with a set of dumbells. The big fabric ones can definitely strength the glutes. A few different bands would be a perfedt addition to anyone's home gym, not just for rehab and injuries. Enjoy!

@@focusrehab awesome that's sounds great, yeah because I have a very very hard time building my glute muscles with just doing squats alone I have dumbbells but whenever I perform squats and lunges I just don't feel like my glutes are being targeted, I think it's because I have very long femurs it's kind of hard to do a perfect squat because my upper body always wants to lean forward, a friend of mine suggested getting bands to work my glute muscles but I wasn't sure, thank you for answering my question now it gives me confidence to go out and try some bands hopefully I can finally target those stubborn glute muscles 🙏🏻💪🏻
