    Never even heard there was a conflict between the north & south in B'ville. Grew up there!

    You should research where the confederates burned down the Harlan County courthouse. I'm unsure whether Harlan was it's own county then, or if they were still part of Knox county??? But, there were multiple US/CSA skirmishes in Harlan.

    Conflicting information contained in this video vs the park in Barbourville 's account of the battle. Sounds like this is fabricated to me?

      All I can say is my sources are in the description. I haven’t read what it says at barbourville park. Not sure why the difference.
