pro tip: my mom taught me when cooking meat curry u always put all the masalas and tomato first in the center to create like a paste then add the chicken to mix with the paste and other needed ingredients.

To make dal,its easier to use cooker. I dont know if you can find cooker in japan or not. Its quite simple to make dal,just put dal,some water,little tumeric,one tomato chopped,very little oil,salt. Cook for 2 or 3 whistle and it will be ready(for rato dal) kalo dal ko lagi ta 7-8 whistle is needed. nepali ghee ley jhanyo vane jhan mitho, hot nepali ghee ma dried chilly,jira,garlic and onion halera dal jhanyo vane dami. I love your videos^^ i hope it helped.
