Nineteen altogether. 13 the first time and then another 6 were convicted within 50 days.
In the first military trial, held in November 1917, 63 soldiers were tried and 54 were convicted on all charges. At sentencing, 13 were sentenced to death and 43 received life imprisonment. The 13 condemned soldiers were denied any right to appeal and were hanged on December 11, 1917.
The second and third trials resulted in death sentences for an additional 16 soldiers; however, those men were given the opportunity to appeal, largely due to negative public reactions to the first 13 unlawful executions. President Woodrow Wilson ultimately commuted the death sentences for 10 of the remaining soldiers facing death, but the remaining six were hanged. In total, the Houston unrest resulted in the executions of 19 Black soldiers.

That's not just true, it's a (proven) fact.
Reparations to the descendants that were never given and not just more symbolisms for the mistreated, etc., for the most patriotic that are long dead and gone. They aren't physically here nor their "spirit/ghost" isn't here to receive their long overdue reparations and anything else they rightfully deserved.
So on their behalf, we, the descendants of the slaughtered, "graped"/xxxually coerced, displaced, kidnapped and enslaved/chattel slavery, including of those said once Africans and were also indigenous/native to these lands (before European invasions/colonialisms) do want, deserve and accept cash installments for generations of unpaid reparations.
All those acts of inhumanity, violence towards then, and still the most hatred, were sponsored by and endorsed by the so-call God fearing, manifest destiny, still stolen, European labeled, The United States of [Hypocrisy, the latest most proficient terrorist organization] America.
      Gawd, Gawd, Gawd...

Their families will receive the military benefits that they are due. Should they not receive them at all and why do think that you should speak on it? You didn't do the suffering and you aren't a spokesman for this family. Too many people in America think that all of their opinions are worth sharing and don't know the value of keeping quiet when they don't add anything to the situation. Let's be totally honest.... you don't know what you're talking about and you are not fit or qualified for this fight. Until you've walked a block in this Black family's shoes be quiet.
