"Wow so cold and calculating" is probably my least favorite popular observation about this kind of music. To me and many other listeners, these tracks are anything but emotionless.
I def hear some Surripere 19:00 or so minutes, at least that synth patch sounds very similar in the wave like ripple effects and the chords are similar some just pitched up. I totally kinda hear Surripere its weird

Brilliant. 20+ yrs old but still more cutting edge than anything else you can find, except for more recent autechre creations
They have always been ahead, both in the past and now
It is a demented concert, a cosmic density, which embeds the listener so far from our world ... For me, it is the best period of Autechre.
