Can’t wait to get to Colorado! Nice to know dogs are permitted on the falls trail. There is something inherently pleasant about folding tent poles... and maybe blowing air in a dog’s face 😂🤣

I hiked to the head waters of the Rio Grande in the San Juan Mountains peaking the divide at 14,000 ft back in the 1980's when I worked for the Coleman Company. It was a two week trip and I remembering coming back with just a few crumbs of food left.

Hello, Enrique. Thank you for the thoughtful comments. The trailer is an Escapade Backcountry. Here are links to a couple of videos we have made about the trailer, and also a link to Escapade's website.

We head to the San Juan's every year. Have family in Pagosa, Southfork and Creede.

  • @MartysCrewOurFamilyAdventures

We loved Piedra Falls! You’ve captured it beautifully! Did you happen to hike the Williams Creek Trail while you were there? It’s gorgeous! Would gladly camp in the San Juan National Forest again!

I see why you love Piedra Falls! It's so pretty and the trail is such a pleasant path. Thank you for the kind words about the video. Right there with ya on willingness to camp there again. We didn't explore as much as usual. Sounds like need to go back and hike the Williams Creek Trail.
