    Radish
    Cucumber
    Carrot
    Coriander
    Lemon
    Onion
    Fresh Chillies
    Fenugreek seed (Methi)
    Oil
    Soaked peas (Don't know the exact name of this pea, please comment below and let us know what it's exactly called)
    Sesame seed powder
    Salt
    Chilli Powder
    Turmeric

    The peas (सानो केराउ) can be optional.
    Also toasted sesame seed is ok in place of sesame seed powder.
    Good recipe and method of preparation.

    I usually use the same oil to fry the fenugreek seed, green chilli and garlic in the same pan. Is there a reason for you to do it separately? By the way thanks for all the cooking videos.

      Tara ni Not any special reason for doing it separately but I tend to do it this way. But my Mom does like you said (frying altogether) and it is delicious 😋. Thank you 🙏 for your kind words.

      Usually its not to cook those ingredients but to infuse the oil with their flavour.

      No it's not moong dal, It looks like moong dal but it's not. it's a kind of small pea and i am having trouble finding it in any farmers market.
