- I just wanna say that Gilbert Blythe is hands down one of the best male characters out there, he is so pure and always sees the best in people, he was the only one who actually dared to stand up for Anne and probably the first one who never judged her no matter where she was from or what she looked like.
After his father died we saw alot more of his character and I feel like we should all take a moment to appreciate Lukas his way of portraying the characters in such a beautiful way.
Gilbert is litterally the smollest bean ever and needs to be protected at all costs.
If we get a season 2, which I really hope we do, I hope he'll get what he deserves; which is happiness.

Wrong choose for anne role. Shes completely colorless, her eyes are so empty. I dont know but i dont feel anything when im watching her I cant recognize her emotions. I remember anne from 1985. She has amazing talent. Just like Lucas. Hes very talented boy and im sure he will be great actor. He play with emotions, his emotions are so deep.
