• cardboard
• masking tape
• rope or wire (I prefer rope because wire rips through cardboard when the piñata is filled too much)
• razor / box cutter
• scissors
• glue gun

• school glue
• lime green, dark green, and pink tissue paper
• 2 purple pipe cleaners (or purple cardstock)
• 2 small sky blue pom poms (or sky blue cardstock)
• cardstock: black, white, pink, and dark green

Awesome vid! I’m a graphic design student (so everyone typically calls me “the creative one in the fam” lol), and so my mom wants me to make a cocomelon piñata for my baby siblings’ birthdays this february (one turns 2, and the other turns 1!) .

Yes and the piñata was almost unbreakable Iol it took me a few days to make it but my daughter loved it I salute you for making these is time consuming

My godsons are turning 1 and 2 years old. I am definitely going to make this! Can you add the candy and then decorate it?
You can totally do that! That would be a cool variation of it. You must be a good planner. I never have the candy until the day of 😄

I have made the 2 pinata! That was one of my 1sts.
Drawing that number was the most challenging for me 😄 so I still have the original template 7 years layer
