Hi Harsha, sorry to reply you so late. If you go to BharatStream website and look on "Train Simulator Help" on left menu, there all errors and their solutions are explained. Please check that.

HI Sir, When I downloaded the game from steam I can only see "Train Sim World" folder into my steam apps after purchase. I have downloaded "Train Simulator 2020" from Steam. There is no "Rail works" folder as you have shown in the video. Are they different or same ? How do I get "Rail Works" folder created . Thanks in advance for your help.
Train sim world will be created when you will download TrainSimWorld. RailWorks folder will be created if you download Train Simumator. By your comment it seems you have downloaded TSW.

Bhai foreign assets train simulator ki company ne hi bnaya hai so they are optimised and Indian addons are made by third party so mismatch rehta hi hai. Vaise bhi Train Simulator abhi Old Direct X pe km krta hai and is not updated to latest Dirext X

Get api key from your account on BharatStream website. It is normal you see question mark. It is just different way as for your different accounts you see Stars for password and BharatStream shows question marks instead of Stars
