@@hustlinhooks The Alum. Pans give off a toxicity that happen when heated over 400 ° . the bad part is it builds up in your body. Look it up on Google. That's why I stopped using mine. I still have a grill and a few others, but I don't use them. Maybe I should sell mine?
In the 1970's, my aunts and uncles used to sell Saladmaster from their homes. My grandmother would go to their homes and cook with the pieces, and my aunt/uncle would invite their clients to a meal, then sell the sets. Very expensive sets. My relatives made a very good living off of Saladmaster. PS: be on the lookout for the Saladmaster veggie chopping contraption. Very rugged and high-end. Lasts more than a lifetime. (In this case, the word "Salad" fits!)

All these different brands that you talk about I recognize because I am 74 and lived through using these. When cleaning out my sisters home I was told to leave that junk but my argument was it's not junk and I boxed it all up and it is in storage so I need to start watching you and find out where to sell these wonderful brand-name items. I bought full set titanium Royal Prestige (door to door) in 1976 for $1200. They are worth $1200 today. They are titanium. I just gifted to my daughter. Also have two sets of Revere Ware that my folks got for a wedding gift in 1947 along with my grandmother’s. Thanks for the information.
Copper bottom revere ware use KETCHUP. rub a thick layer on the copper and leave on for a few hours or over night. Wash and it looks like new. So easy to do.

I stumbled across the video last week somehow. I wasn't searching for a video on pots and pans but it just rolled over from something else. I'm so glad it did. And I'm enjoying all of your content now too. But because I had seen this video, when I saw someone on my neighborhood app post free kitchen stuff with a picture of a large Wangnerware Magnalite pot in one of the photos, I claimed it really fast. This wasn't a niche I would have explored otherwise. Thanks y'all.
I just started following you two. I adore you. I've been selling on ebay since 2012 but the Pandemic has hit my business hard. So now, I need to expand and sell more than clothes and seasonal items. I'm going to start heading out and looking for vintage cookware. I usually follow Rockstarflipper and I'm adding you to my list.

I have definitely picked up quite a few pressure cooker’s thanks to you guys and every time I see pots and pans at garage sales for a dollar or a few bucks I try to scoop them whereas I would have passed up on them in the past! Magnalite is not on my bucket list. Ps - I also used to sell cutco in college! Big money on the knives too!!
Thanks for the info on the pots! I pass these up all the time, no longer. One thing I have learned reselling is there is no explanation why people pay so much for some items IMO. Like the Cutco brand, you can buy some actual quality knives for what people pay for these and you can sometimes get used Demeyere top quality pots for the price of the cutco pot that is a far superior product but what sells sells and that is what matters as a seller.

Great Video! I did not know Cutco made pots and pans. They currently make knives, and advertised as the worlds sharpest knives (which they are). Many don't realize Cutco and Amway (Queen Pot's and Pans) are very good quality and have a lifetime guarantee. I found a Cutco knife with a chipped up blade at a garage sale for a $1, sent it to the company (only paid for shipping), and they sent back a brand new knife, which I sold for $90. I also know of people that have removed Queen cookware from a house fire, and received a brand new set.

Well it definitely makes perfect sense to me and I do appreciate the video because I’m looking to start doing something different that isn’t going to be so time consuming or energy consuming I definitely would want to buy the quality pots for less than what you can buy them brand new but a lot of the things that I have a new real value Lakes are timeless are some of the older things that’s why I gravitate towards them. They don’t make pots and pans like they used to and they definitely don’t make furniture like they used to so basically the stuff that we produce now is relatively trash. So anything I would say to people who are out here using aluminum pots and pans as I personally don’t recommend it I can see the value for using it as a pressure cooker but I would much prefer stainless steel because I know how toxic aluminum is even just breathing in the air that you have been heating aluminum in whether it’s foil whether it’s a pot and pan whether it’s a throwaway tray and I suggest that all people begin doing research around that because you don’t want to poisoning yourself where they are but you’re breathing. People who have birds should know that that is extremely toxic for them could actually kill them my daughter had a pet rat that she lost one of the holes to plug up their little spaceship home and one of them was chewing at it and it ended up costing him his life so it’s super important that people know it does matter what you’re using and try not to keep the things that are toxic in circulation

I want to thank you for your educational and free videos . Thank you so much.. this is my second time watching this video and after the first time I saw your video I went to a goodwill with my mother in Miami and I found one wagner ware pot and I think this a 17 quarts.. I was out of my mind when I saw it, I could not get there fast enough than I told her how I learned this brand from you guys.. Of course , this is staying with me since we have a lot of family gatherings and i have to cook a lot . Thank you... Now im going to look for farmer ware .

I stumbled across the video last week somehow. I wasn't searching for a video on pots and pans but it just rolled over from something else. I'm so glad it did. And I'm enjoying all of your content now too. But because I had seen this video, when I saw someone on my neighborhood app post free kitchen stuff with a picture of a large Wangnerware Magnalite pot in one of the photos, I claimed it really fast. I have definitely picked up quite a few pressure cooker’s thanks to you guys and every time I see pots and pans at garage sales for a dollar or a few bucks I try to scoop them whereas I would have passed up on them in the past! Magnalite is not on my bucket list.

Thanks for the info on the pots! I pass these up all the time, no longer. One thing I have learned reselling is there is no explanation why people pay so much for some items IMO. Like the Cutco brand, you can buy some actual quality knives for what people pay for these and you can sometimes get used Demeyere top quality pots for the price of the cutco pot that is a far superior product but what sells sells and that is what matters as a seller.

Great Video! I did not know Cutco made pots and pans. They currently make knives, and advertised as the worlds sharpest knives (which they are). Many don't realize Cutco and Amway (Queen Pot's and Pans) are very good quality and have a lifetime guarantee. I found a Cutco knife with a chipped up blade at a garage sale for a $1, sent it to the company (only paid for shipping), and they sent back a brand new knife, which I sold for $90. I also know of people that have removed Queen cookware from a house fire, and received a brand new set.

Well it definitely makes perfect sense to me and I do appreciate the video because I’m looking to start doing something different that isn’t going to be so time consuming or energy consuming I definitely would want to buy the quality pots for less than what you can buy them brand new but a lot of the things that I have a new real value Lakes are timeless are some of the older things that’s why I gravitate towards them. They don’t make pots and pans like they used to and they definitely don’t make furniture like they used to so basically the stuff that we produce now is relatively trash. So anything I would say to people who are out here using aluminum pots and pans as I personally don’t recommend it I can see the value for using it as a pressure cooker but I would much prefer stainless steel because I know how toxic aluminum is even just breathing in the air that you have been heating aluminum in whether it’s foil whether it’s a pot and pan whether it’s a throwaway tray and I suggest that all people begin doing research around that because you don’t want to poisoning yourself where they are but you’re breathing. People who have birds should know that that is extremely toxic for them

my daughter had a pet rat that she lost one of the holes to plug up their little spaceship home and one of them was chewing at it and it ended up costing him his life so it’s super important that people know it does matter what you’re using and try not to keep the things that are toxic in circulation
