@@lioneldjuatio2208 Its the French and German leagues. A farmer's league is where a league only has one good team in it that wins every year. For example France have PSG who always win the league and Germany have Bayern who also always win the league. Basically the league is too easy. Italy is also considered a bit of a farmer's league considering Juventus win it every year but it's not as bad as Germany and France.
