Good job! Saves a lot of money if we fix our vehicles ourselves.😇😎

Great job changing the sensor and clearing the code. I just had to change an ignition coil which was throwing a code and thankfully it worked and then passed inspection.

Gotta love when the car gets cranky before inspection… 🤓

Had to replace one last winter. It didn't fix the code. Traced the wires and turned out that something hit a wiring loom from underneath and damaged several wires. Repaired wires. I bought one of the deep sockets for removing O2 sensors. Nice video except for the loud noise at the end. Good Luck, Rick

I bet damaged wiring made that job frustrating.

@@KrizAkoni That and it was very cold laying on the ground under the van. My fingers froze. I've been working on the brakes this week. Frozen bleeder nipples make it take a lot more time. Was going to finish this afternoon but the 17% chance of showers turned into 2 frog chokers. I'll have to finish tomorrow.

I use a handle for a floor jack like you used the pipe. I used to be a tech and saw many an oxygen sensor replaced without fixing a cel, although often the upstream sensor is more straight forward than a downstream sensor.

O2 sensors can be real trouble to remove. We had to replace an entire exhaust manifold due to a stuck sensor once.

Ow, that must have been an unpleasant surprise…😬

Hey bro! was the Car Off! When you Changed the Sensor? Just a Question brother! Since The Car * Engine Does Have to be Hot! When Replacing The Sensor!
