It's good to see an analog micro like this come in at around $100 again. Reminds me of times when things in drones used to be cheap again. Thanks Ron.
Cool little quad, and the camera is not bad at all. A friend of mine printed me a similar canopy for both of my Source Two 5 inch racers. They have hit a lot of gates and protected the quad well. Turtle mode works well under a lot of circumstances, but even the 5" will make me have to walk if the grass is tall enough.
Oh yeah, turtle mode will definitely be a fail in tall grass for 5” - this was low though and I had the bright idea for a sec that the shark canopy would make it easier to successfully flip over!
And it did, it gives enough space to pull it off - but I momentarily forgot about the second part of actually flying off when you’re upright. 😅

This little whoop looks amazing! I might have to look into getting this especially since it's analog which is all I can use right now. I didn't get a notification for this video so I hope it was just a fluke. I happened to notice it when I refreshed my youtube feed. Dang, I just noticed it isn't compatible with my ancient radios so I guess this is a no-go for me.
Only available for crossfire or elrs unfortunately, frsky models are being made less and less.

Honestly dude vs the nanofly 20 they currently have it beat on price. Both are ELRS SPI. 1002 21000kv. 200mw vtx. 5a esc. I don't know if I am missing anything but $109 for drashark vs $169 for sub250 1s nanofly, I just don't see anything in the nanofly20 to make it worth it. Thanks for stopping by!
Just noticed the Nanofly20 also uses GNB27 which is essentially connector with no real future, as GNB made the superior A30... I would not want to buy any new micro with a GNB27 connector right now, if I didn't have to.
I am a little upset about GNB making the A30 and their plans to leave the GNB27 behind... because I adopted GNB27 over BT 2.0. But it was the right decision for the company to ditch it and make the backward-compatible A30. 🤷♂
Finally I think the 1S connector wars have ended and maybe we will stop seeing PH 2.0 on anything anymore...
