Hope you enjoy the video with version 3.1.0 winch got a dmg nerf from 15 to 5 but the KS-23 WINCH combo still works fine!

15 dmg was too strong, rpg hook = kill on light

@@calebcoultis2477 yeh but that is to only a class plus that would use up the rpg and also the heavy would lose like half of its health too idk I didn’t use it cuz I don’t like blowing my self up

it works well on close range but is powerless on mid to long range, aside from that it only really counters short range lights that get too cocky, so i'd say its fine. What does need a nerf however is the Defibrillator since its literally mandatory to have as a medium
