Homefries Recipe
10 small potatoes cubed
1/2 red bell pepper diced
1/2 onion diced
1/2 green pepper diced
1 tsp of paprika
1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 & 1/2 tbsp of oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp of ketchup
Splash of soy sauce
In a bowl, add the potatoes then the spices, toss everything together. Airfry the potatoes at 180 for 7 minutes then pop them back in at 200 for 7 minutes, at the 3 minute mark add the sauces, bell pepper and onions then air fry. Once ready, serve while hot.
French Toast
3 slices of bread
3 eggs
Splash of milk
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp of cardamom
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
3 tsps of sugar
1 tsp of melted butter
Blueberry Compote
3/4 cup of blueberries
1/2 cup of water
1 tbsp of sugar
Before air frying ensure to preheat it and grease it with butter or cooking spray before you place the French toast. Air fry for 6 minutes at 190 degrees.
