My first time using a palette knife and your thick paint. At first it was tricky and I didn't get enough paint to male it thick enough.
I bought the sunset kit. Painted the back ground, now waiting for it to dry.
Soon, I'll use those strokes and be more patient about it.

@@jdc121 I have not used these products yet, but one reason they seem so expensive is from what I see in the lessons I've watched the pigment is very strong so it doesn't take much. I loved when he said practice with cake frosting. Great idea for a person like me on a budget.

Which 1’s are best for flowers 🌸 🌺 Leafs 🍃, ocean scenery, clouds, trees 🌲, id love To grab my iPad & get a Gaffrey how To mix paint effects, what each palette knife can do, book to show all the cake tips & what they can do, like a digital book with how to videos included in a digital book release!! Just what I've been wishing to find after hours of watching different videos. I have some questions please. 1. how do you keep your exposed paints moist? Mine get dried so fast. 2. How long will it take for so much and such very thick paint to get dried as a final painting? 3. what if we are doing an A4 size sheet palette knife painting, then we need to take much less paint, so I guess we need to choose very small palette knives in order to get that ''one stroke you mentioned'' but even the smallest standard size palette knives are large for all that one stroke paint to cover the whole back of the knife, so do we need to use mini baby size palette knives. ---I love the painting on the wall behind you, both and specially the lady jumping into the beautiful cake. 😍

Amazing:: I came across your videos on CZcams while looking at pastels, acrylics etc. I paint with a palette knife most of the time with using pumice medium in my acrylic paints. Can use use this medium with your paints? When did you start inventing this type of paint & style? Gosh if I could travel to Florida (age 75) I would love to spend the day watching & learning.
