Canceling heals and revives through walls has no counter stat and is broken no matter what. You can't really just nerf it either.. You would have to do a rework entirely

Apex fact: Bloodhound was spotted in an art book for Respawn’s previous game - Titanfall. The character appears as an unfinished model in a section of the art book that discussed graphic techniques in Titanfall. Apex Legends takes place in the Titanfall universe, though Respawn stated it was a part of the world that Titanfall never explored.
Wasn't this a long time fact ever since Apex released? Especially the references, weaponry, and how their stories(Legend stories and trailers) addresses this multiple times?
Also fun fact apex was supposed to be a tf2 game mode

@@ThE_bOtAtRoN it was supposed to be tf3. Until EA said we want a battle royale because br is popular rn. And it ended up as "Apex Legends" because a br with titans wouldn't really work well
@@KIxYOSHI2077 yes and not, it was never a titanfall 3 it was a titanfall 2 game mode that was turn into a br later on when the devs saw potential
Fun fact, there’s still tiran assets in the game and if you hack it you can call a titan but it will only work in defending mode

Because all I can find is that Respawn at some point was working on Tf3, but seeing how successful Pubg was they decided to do a br instead. And that they took the various existing Tf2 multiplayer modes as base. But nowhere can I find that it was supposed to be a Tf2 mode.

Honestly with the pathfinder joke at the end I think a Rock Paper Scissors effect needs to be added to legends like actually make it where pathfinder doesn’t have a heart or maybe he doesn’t get affected by poison gas but is more affected by Watson electric traps. Maybe some legends are better than others but weaker to others.
I think some tweaking could really add to the game
As cool as that sounds balancing that would be hell. Anyway there is already a bit of champ counter already. Gibraltar and wrath can protect their squad from bombardment abilities (like Bangalore's ult and valkyrie utility)
High mobile Champs can counter more defensive Champs. Detection abilities counter vision impairment abilities etc etc.
Your idea is cool in concept but in execution I believe it would just be more frustrating. Imaging fighting a group only to loose because the enemy has pre set advantages over you that you have no way to plan for except 'yah I can assume there's gonna be my legend counter in this ring somewhere.'
In the apex lore the toxic gas can affect and rip through any clothing and metal
If it was gas it would effect bloodhound either, it’s more of an acid
gas is corrosive but idk for the heart
Well as a caustic main I think if path/rev don't get affected by the gas that might be a little to op, I have a headcanon that the gas as some acidic properties, that's why it affects the nonhuman.

Lore wise: dude straight up doesn't have a heart so there would be nothing to detect
Game wise: that would make him a formidable counter to seer's passive ability and also make Pathfinder a bit more coveted to play!

@@bluelemonz9434 The guns do electro-magnetic damage to the players and their "shields" since it's not an actual bloodsport. The players don't actually take real damage. But with seer's ability being that he can see heartbeats, I just think it would be a good way to make Pathfinder useful again making his passive that he can't be detected by seer's heartbeat sensor
Machines still make a low level sound when running. I think the sensor is fine where it is

Mirage was and is always my first main and one thing I notice that he does better than ANY LEGEND in this game is REVIVE better than Lifeline and Gibby! I’ll let him have the gold back pack before a lifeline.
They’re usually very nice players and watch their teammates very closely knowing just the perfect time to revive.

Thanks man, people always tell me that his kit has little to no team play and is pretty useless. I just tell them he’s fun and his kills are more fun to get when you trick your opponent.

I love playing mirage and lifeline to support the team. But it's true, many lifelines don't know how to really play the character.
