Aston Martin Definitely have the most in depth content. Cant wait for the start of the season!
Love it all
@@yomancs me too
Me to
I used to think mercedes showed a lot of content. But Aston is just on another level. Love this😍
With the chassis costing so much, and long testing in the wind tunnel ,if you see your opponent is faster in testing ,it would take months to have the near same design, the best is to have updated part, and rear wing , and wings, to narrow the Gap
Can't compete with Papa $troll.
He is all about the brand and marketing. And damn good at it.
@@graemes8187 the best marketing in F1 is to be a competitive team.
@@aguirreramosjavier or just have gunther on your team (:
All team needs to show more like this.
😂😁
Maybe they are not winning races, at the moment, but they are definitely the best on making content for the fans.
Aston and McLaren have really been focused on the fans recently, and i'm loving it!
By the way, Redbull still is the best for me from the entertainment standpoint, but lacks the technical details.
Loser
Aston Martin is the only F1 team that actually takes F1 fans & enthusiasts behind-the-scenes for in-depth 'Insider Content' without trying to Monetise everything.
I mean C'mon who really knows how much work and effort goes into producing an F1 car and what really goes on at the factory.
Thanks for sharing all the amazing content! Hats off to you guys and SEB...C'mon lets kick A** for 2022...
Yup , even that 75mm test on Hamilton's car , I really couldn't find out how they tested the 75mm and then I saw Aston Martin previous video
Mercedes F1 has been doing it for the past 12 years.
Did you not see the sponsor logo at the beginning.
have you not heard of a certain team called McLaren
This video honestly made me happy. We don't see enough of this behind the scenes stuff, even if everything was years old that was shown. It's incredible.
4:50 Great To See Hulk In Green 😃
This isn't the new factory, this is the existing one. The new center is still in production for 2024?
Also this lady kills the presentation. Top shelf.
@@BarryBarrington_ I think that's a women's choice. They prefer those kind of trousers... that's why there are men's and women's trousers separately..
@@BarryBarrington_ ...what?
@@tuffmanchannel he's smoking some stuff
@@BarryBarrington_ i'll inform the FIA
@@BarryBarrington_ those are called leggins not trousers. They are more comfortable in them
This presenter is good. She makes these engineers feel comfortable and helps walk them through the talk. Good stuff. Good team.
I work in cognizant and i feel so good that my company has a hand in everything that I saw in this video.
What even is cognizant lol
@@charliemccloskey8358 Aston Martin F1 Racing title sponsor, I believe. The 'hand' in reference is most likely referring to capital income from Cognizant to fund AM's factory/operations! SHR, feel free to correct me if I am mistaken
You could try asking to see if there are any tickets that available to your company for any of the races this year that you could have.
@@GoldenBlade99 yes. Also, as far as i understand it has a monetary as well as IT aspect. Like AM bought it in a way to advertise there road cars. Same goes for Cognizant as well. I think they sponsor them and provide IT service as a company capability demonstration to attract clients.
@@SIXITHS I just joined this company last quarter as a fresher direct from college. I don't think they will even give those expensive f1 tickets to a low level employee but will still ask if any senior people get it or not.
Parts made by hand till 6 years ago and then you look how this team has performed in the grand scheme of things. Always got their car to where it shouldn't belong. AMAZING.
This team was not in F1 6 years ago.
It was another team, with another owner, color, sponsor boss, drivers and engineers.
@@nicolasgarcia248 the workers still remain mostly the same only the owners change and sometimes the team principals.
@@nicolasgarcia248 Nevertheless, many of the same people were involved. Nitpicker...
@@spandanduari5658 if you think ferrari in 1992 was the same ferrari than in 1998...
Jean todt, ross brawn, michael shcumacher, just those 3 did a change so big that they went from 4th to 2nd in the constructor championship, from --0 wins, 2 podiums, 21 points-- to --6wins, 19 podiums and 133 points--
Even if all other 400 workers were the same, the team was completely different.
@@nicolasgarcia248 I would go as far as to claim that Rory Byrne was the biggest reason in Ferrari success.
But anyhow, this is pretty much the same team than in 1991.
16:45 rumours has it that Seb lives here when not at the racetrack or with his family
@2:46 you can hear an older F1 car drive around Silverstone circuit as they speak
I absolutely loved the video concept. I would always hear drivers sending thank you messages to people back in the factory but never fully understand the secret of it. A huge thank you to Aston Martin Team for sharing these crucial processes of the sport and their methodologies.
Love to Aston Martin Team!
21 years building intercoolers for F1 teams?! What a legend !
Thank you , it's 23 years now 😀
@@davenichols3371 You must love your job - I'm fascinated at how England dominates F1 construction despite not being on any top-5 list for automobile engineering by country via web search
hands-down the best garage walk-through; seeing all the technology involved in every component is insane.
4:40 Nice to see the VJM09 is still alive and kicking (even if it's in model form)
The original chassis are probably all stored away somewhere for display purposes.
@@acreativename7999 Definitely
Great Video. I am a senior citizen and an engineer and I remember visiting Williams GP racing in the 1980s and seeing some of the most advanced CNC machines their and was very impressed by the whole place. Now the CNC machines actually havent changed a huge amount , just better control systems but all the rest was only a pipe dream then . Very impressed. However you still need that genius designer who thinks out of the box and prepared to take risks to get that competitive edge. Thanks to Aston Martin super work.
WOW. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. As a racing and engineering fan, the level of access you just provided is outstanding. I (along with many others I'm sure) are looking forward to the same video but in the new factory (when the time comes).
Awesome content!
It makes accidents even that much more depressing - 1000hrs of hours of work gone in a millisecond!
In some areas, they call this 'job security' lol
Such an incredibly well-produced video! Thanks for taking us behind the scenes, something not many teams do
Well presented by the director/editor plus the presenter ask the right questions. Awesome video.
The lady presenter did a great job. Nice to get to see so much. Respect to the team.
This was great! appreciate the time and effort taken to produce this.
@5:55 Yes! This is the real deal. So much knowledge in here.
Like him or not, this is why Hamilton always thanks "the factory". Think about all the man hours and 24/7 work it takes just to create two cars to be race-ready... The driver is mostly all the camera see's, not the 100's of people behind him to get him to that point. Great video!
I love this kind of content. It's cool having a mental image of everything for when Seb and Lance reference "the guys back at the factory."
These are kinda videos that keeps me encouraged to work as an engineer in f1.. Great job on the job the factory tour team :)
Alex's enthusiasm for the build process is infectious. It's like watching a kid in a candy shop.
4:51 nicooooo Hülkenberg
Very in-depth video, I enjoyed every moment of it. It's as if I was there at the factory myself. And thanks to the lovely lady for the presentation and walking us through each process.
Great insight into the hard work that goes on behind-the-scenes for the Aston Martin team. Great job to the media and marketing team for putting this together!
That was fantastic! I would watch so much more of this in depth, it is fascinating.
That aero model guy must have the (IMO) most exciting job in the world.
Wow... AM is really detailed with the whole process! Loving this... please make more!!!
This video is a total joy! Lots of mouth-watering details! Thank you!
Most in-depth factory tour ever, Thankyou!!
F1 is on such a different level. Mind blowing technology and workmanship in every team.
Gonna watch this over and over again...
Very informative and real, thank you Aston Martin ! Wish other teams would do the same.
This was a very comprehensive explanation of the car manufacturing process covering machining, additive manufacture and composites. It would be good to see the engine going together in a future episode.
So these guys do so much work, and still be 7 th in the standings, Formula 1 is crazy tough!
Really enjoyed this tour thanks!
1. That was WAY more interesting than I thought it would be.
2. Is having a tan mandatory to work at AM?
After seeing that 60% size f1 chassis, it has me thinking of a formula karting series, its literally kid sized how fkn cool would a bunch of those look ripping around a track
Simply amazing!! makes me love even more the aston martin F1 team. Thanks for this great video
Aston Martin great video, worn amazing insight into the factory and what goes on behind the scenes, of my favorite F1 team, wish you all the best for this year ahead
Great Great Great, The best inside factory I have ever seen. Congratulations
This was great! appreciate the time and effort taken to produce this.. 21 years building intercoolers for F1 teams?! What a legend !.
this deserves to be on trending for sure
How brilliant! Didn’t want this to end.
Fantastic insight. Very well presented. Thank you.
@6:00 oh my. That's the good stuff.
She's very compelling in a number of ways, but the best part: it sounds like she's really listening and paying attention. Rare when people interview.
Top shelf production and fantastic host.
Underrated video. INSTANT SHARE. I'm glad I was suggested this by the algorithms.
Excellent content as always. I learn so much!
Great video! Thanks for the BTS of the factory
Thank you so much for posting this video. With the recent changes (Jan2022) at Aston Martin, the near future is very bright and on a very good trajectory to be a pointy-end contender. I truly hope Seb is seen to contribute and be an integral contributor.
The biggest challenge, especially in aerodynamics, is "dynamic similitude". This is why the FIA allows a 60 percent model. Just because the model is 60% doesn't mean you simply add 40% more to get to 100%.
This is a great insight into the factory behind the scenes, never realised how much goes on, making that 60% model must be fun!
Love it! Nice place! Good luck this season team. 👊💚💚
This video was insane, thanks for sharing this guy's, really impressive
Fascinating and mind boggling, an excellent presentation!
This was a fascinating video thanks for the in depth tour!
Nicooo ulkenbeeeeeerg! 🇩🇪
Thanks for that very informative factory tour
Her hand work during her commentary is mind blowing….
I gotta say, the host is amazing in this format. Her genuine interest and prestigeless attitude really makes the video.
Soo cool that you show us all of this! Hope we see more of this, said the geek inside me 😂
Amazing video. So informative. I reaaaaally enjoyed it!
Very interesting👍. One of the best videos in modern F1 Racing from a Team.
KeepGoing👌
I love all content help to understand some of the technicals comments during a broadcast 👍👍👍
5:19 NICO HUUUUULKENBERG🤩
Ha! in my head I could hear Danny R. saying that over and over 'NICO HUUUUULKENBERG'
These videos r awesome, thanx AMR for sharing
Wow! What a great report, great questions, great work! Thanks for sharing and for preparing such an outstanding video!
Great job! Did not know 99% of this! Very informative!
In 1968 I was lucky enough to visit Aston Martin workshop. I was 10 years old and have been dreaming about them since. It alway's hurt my heart when I'd see one get destroyed in a film. If I ever come into big $ I'll be going to AM to buy one. I hope that comes soon as I'm not getting younger.😂
Good luck in the coming year. Loved the video.
I love that big model f1 car.
Thanx for the tour😊
very good factory tour and showing everything about f1 race car production.
I like the fact that they kept the green colour as a tribute to the "jordan 191" car.
I don't think that's why, it's British racing green, it's the traditional racing colour in Britain
Yeah he is right the green is just a coincidence,
AM was Jordan back in the 90s but the green is British Racing Green which is a part of AM's brand, not a tribute to Jordan. Also the Jordan was a way brighter and lighter green (from the 7UP sponsor)
@@acreativename7999no, trust me, they love eddie jordan, thats why is green
@@nicolasgarcia248 I can see now you're joking
Thank You Thank You, this is the MOST Amazing, informative thing I've ever seen? YES, by far! This used to be so secret, you all deserve to be so proud. Go Alonso! Wow, what a season we have to enjoy!
Thank you for that. Fingers crossed for this season. Good luck.
I thought you guys are making a new factory? Love your coverage here. I learned so much about my favorite sport.
jumped the gun... new machine shop, gotcha
This was like a top quality BBC documentary.
Really cool video! Thank you for all those insights 😊👍🏼 💚
It’s interesting watching these videos from different teams but also quite dangerous at the same time 👍
Great informative video , Thanks to Aston Martin F1 team and All the best wishes and love for 2022 season
Also kudos to the presenter to deliver this sophisticated technology to people in a simple way
Great work! love this content
Prob the coolest video ive seen on youtube
Very good vídeo, not just marketing as the others.
Thank you and good luck for this year!!!
Awesome! Inspiring! Please keep these vids coming!!
Great in depth presenting and great information
Amazing!
Excellent content. Thanks for sharing.
Great! Thanks so much for these insights
Very nice machinery. Impressive that most of the car is designed and manufactured under the same roof
Love the team❤❤
Thanks guys. Very cool
