My first ever Arsenal Trophy! Never have I seen such a happy day in my life! Tears in my eyes and everything in that moment made sense. Seeing Arsene smile was a bonus to add on top of it.

My first Arsenal trophy was the 79 Final against Man Utd. 3-2. It's been called the 5 minute Final for obvious reasons. The year before, we played Ipswich and lost 1-0 and I cried like a baby, making the Utd win even more fabulous. #COYG 🏆
@@dougiegooner Let's be honest, the feeling of winning the FA Cup final against a poor Hull City is absolutely nothing compared to beating Utd in the 79 Cup final, winning the league at Anfield in 1989, beating Parma in the 1994 Cup Winners Cup final or winning the league at Old Trafford in 2002. I feel for new gooners fans because they will never truly understand what it felt like to be in the presence of something truly special.

I still get goosebumps watching it now.
I remember watching Forest beat Liverpool 2-1 in 1991 in the Woodbine pub, making Arsenal Champions before kick off against Man Utd that evening. That was brilliant, being in and amongst Gooners blowing whistles, cars driving by with fans cheering and flags everywhere. Once we got to Highbury for the game it was quite surreal...we were Champions...again, two years after Anfield, and it was great....but NOT as great as that famous night!
I think that's gonna be impossible to top. 🏆🙌🙌❤

This is a moment I won't forget. This is the first champion that I experienced with Arsenal since I became a fan in 2006. At that moment, I was preparing my college entrance exam in China and share my excitation with my first girlfriend. Now, six years have passed, I am now living in New Jersey. We still didn't get the premier league title, even lost the qualification for champions league, but I'll still stand together with this team. If it 's not the pandemic, I was supposed came to London and go to the Emirates stadium. Hope the pandemic ends ASAP.

Seeing Özil, Ramsey and Santi roaming around is so nice. Honestly, 3 world class players who can dominate. Wish we got to see more of this later on, injuries and weird tactical decisions kind of ruined it.

Also not average at all. It took the likes of Xavi, Xabi, Iniesta, Busquets, Silva, Mata to keep Arteta out of Spain national team. He was a top player, an average player is somebody at League 2 level... Arteta was a top Premier League player, and was knocking on the door for Spain call ups... that's freaking amazing.

Commentator saying Ozil's shot @ 35:36 wasn't great coz it hit the ground, not knowing that's Ozil's technique of scoring goals. 😆😆 So many times he scores goals like those where he bounces the ball on the ground just in front of the keeper to disorient him and boom, it's a GOA L!

Arsene Wenger, tieless and covered in champagne is not a sight you see every day. This was a tremendous victory for Arsenal and Wenger - one of the great names of English football.

I can't believe Ozil is the only serving Arsenal player from this team. A lot of respect for the man!
I understand something from Ozil's perspective now. He is not used to be the Mr. Do it all, he is there to provide that assist and sometimes link-up play but now we want him to link up play, assist, defend, and shoot. I know people reinvent themselves to fit into the game but no one can be completely new at this stage in their career. CR7 is not, he literally moves to a more comfortable role, Messi the same so why must Ozil be a scapegoat?
Please, let Arsenal coaches explain what Pepe needs to do and get more progressive midfielder to accompany Ozil and we will enjoy him again!
