I everyone, I'm new here.... Could anyone share experience about this: I've been working in a qualified job since 05.15.2023.... I've been seen that we may be able to create an express entry profile 1 month before the work anniversary so since I'll qualifies for the French speaking stream, i was wondering if it's ok to create a profile by April. if so, when I'll get an ITA before 05.15.2024 is there any problem if i submit the complete application a little after the 05.15.2024 ?

Dear Sir,
I have submitted my spouse's PR sponsorship application and received only the AOR. I am currently awaiting the eligibility letter, as well as requests for biometrics and medical examinations. I am considering submitting a visit visa application for family reunification category. My question is, should I submit the visit visa application after receiving the biometric and medical requests, or can I submit it before these requests arrive? I am confused about this and seeking your guidance. Which option typically leads to a more successful approval for a visit visa? Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

The reason as to why the score won't go down below 500s at all! Quota 110,000. 50% goes to Category Based; 50 % goes to General Draw including PNP. That being said 55,000 for general draw. 2.5 mounts are already gone where approximately 9K people were invited. So 55,000-9,000=46.000 On a biweekly basis approximately 1.5 K are joining 501-600 and approximately 1K of people are joining 600+. That makes around 5K per month. So 46,000/9 month = 5,111 per month or /2 (weeks) 2,555 people per each draw. Therefore, the draw won't be dropped as IRCC prefers to skim the cream in General Draw

I know this score is low but my husband has almost 2 years experience and I one year. Our score sits at 428 because of is age. We are qualify for the federal skill worker and CEC. My husband is in IT as a database administrator and I have experience in early childhood. Any chance there might be a IT draw and the score is low. Is work permit expires on October 2024, is there anyway this can be renewed?

As the score starts to get close to or below 500 you will see a large wave of 490+ coming in because they see a chance to get through. Right now most of them are sitting idle
Why wouldn't they just join the pool now if they can? They sit idle either way lol
@@jadegiselle because there isn't much of an incentive to spend the time on it if you have no hope of clearing the cut-off anyway. It is a recurring phenomenon and I have noticed this several times. As an anecdote, I have seen several of my friends and colleagues do the same.
The theory is that most people who are eligible want to create a profile have already created it, however, there is a good chunk of the population that is motivated only when the chance of success is relatively high, i.e., when cut-offs drop rapidly and get close to their own scores.
If we had a category-wise breakdown I can assure you that we would see upticks in a certain category right after a category-specific draw has taken place.
Hi Kubeir, I had a query regarding processing times of different work visas. Kubeir is it true that if one gets GTS work permit, he/she can land in Canada faster as the processing time for GTS LMIA is only 1 week? Also is it better than the ICT Work visa which I have heard takes 4 months from India? So only after 4 months the employee can move to Canada on a ICT visa but on a GTS work permit the worker can move to Canada in 1 to 1.5 months? Is this true? Also is it true that many big MNCs like Amazon for example prefer to hire through the GTS stream over sponsoring a ICT work visa for someone in India as it will take more time for the employee to come to Canada from India? Hi Sir, I recently received a PNP nomination for myself only. I'm considering adding my spouse and child to my Express Entry profile, but I need approval from OINP first, which might take 30 to 45 days. My current profile expires on April 26th. If I get approval before then, it's not an issue. However, if it takes longer, I'll need to create a new EE profile and link it to the OINP nomination. I might receive an ITA today or tomorrow based on recent draws. Could you advise on the best course of action? Alternatively, should I proceed individually and apply for sponsorship later? Your guidance would be greatly appreciated.

However, I can only find a teer 2 (supv position) or low-skilled. Will I still be getting the 50pts even I grab the low-skilled work with positive LMIA?

I guess there is no longer any point in purchasing LMIAs
Lmia isn't for purchasing that's and illegal way to get points. But people do that anyway. Some of them pay 30k to 45k to get lmia and work for 2 years on minimum wage. And start all over again. Think wisely guys. As of now the market is slow. And kubeir is immigration lawyer, he has just an idea not assurance.
No one can guarantee about the points unless one has the data sets of applicants and their information.
So it's waste of time to predict or analyze the outcome of pr points. Some people marry to pr holders or citizen as contractual, but even now that's of no use.

I am going back to my home country in June 2024, expiry of work permit is Oct 2024. This country is going down the drain, just look at all the young local talents leaving for US. If a country is not able to retain it's young population, something is remarkably wrong. Eventually Canada will be flooded with Indians, Filipinos and Asylum seekers.

Sir with due respect to you. But why do you think history will keep repeating itself. In every analysis of yours you keep talking of March 2023. I hope what you keep saying is right and happens. But it feels the score would remain over 500. Sir things have changed WRT sentiment last March vs this March.
Data analytics and trends are only based on past occurrences.
Last year when the scores went to 490-500 and everyone started to say learning French was the solution, I said that in the time it would take to learn French the scores would go much higher and render it basically pointless and you'd stay on a diceroll because something was clearly changing in the draws and that the norm would become PNP or category base to have any degree of confidence in being invited... lots of people calling me a doomsayer and that it would be back on normal soon... well... there you go.
There is no reason to believe scores will go down unless massive general draws start to happen AND continue happening. If you do not qualify for PNP or categories... look for something else, there is nothing to suggest you will get an invitation without a complete shift of how express entry has been working. The easy dream is over, sorry.
I completely agree with you! Miracle won't happen and the score won't drop below 500. People will be happy to see the draw in 510s max.
@canadianbear6613 I believe they MIGHT drop to 500, to 490s even if decently draws are made -- and I'm talking some three draws for 4000+ to reach the 490s... the problem is that even if they ARE made, unless they are recurring biweekly draws the scores will just shoot up again. It is as Kubeir always says, it depends on the size of the draws and them being done regularly... but so far I see nothing to suggest they will do regular big general draws... pretty much the opposite.
Personally I feel the scores are higher right now is due to housing crisis. More than historic data points, the current economy of Canada influences the cutoff. As we all know that there is a temporary freeze of study permit, and that’s due to lack of infrastructure to sustain the new immigrants. The truth is Canada can’t accommodate anymore students due to lack of houses and employment.
