If you were taught in English in the university, tell your university in Norway that you were taught in English and get a letter from your primary university for this respect. It may work though I am not sure.

Yeah, it is but there’s a way I think you can solve that but you have to have someone that works in the bank and can trust you.
in showing the proof of fund for admission purposes, how long should the statement be
the unis does not ask for how long your money should be deposited.

Dont think that way. Norway is contributing a lot for fulfilling many students dream. Almost all of them usually leave the country after the education completed as its not easy to settle. When the tuition fees will be implemented, country will earn through those international students like usa canada Australia and so on
