I tried several times for kyc update but for eid and visa copy by clicking pc but it says not supported pdf format or not supported Usually i am doing in the same way for last 4 years

I did kyc updation in my mobile phone it shows wrong otp code in several times. I enter the correct otp that i get but it shows wrong how its possible?

1)Normally if you are using two sims in one mobile then the otp come late that's why it is showing wrong. Just remove one sim or off it from the connectivity then try it.
If you already tried several times then you could do on mobile in that case you have to get new link.
2)Otherwise try on application.
3)or through DIB ATM
ALL DIB KYC LINKS -" Document not found" message coming,, not opening

Ans: may be your link is old or expired please try to update by visiting any nearest branch personally. Or through the ATM

Thank you for your support #Urlearingpoint Mr. M Usman you can only update your KYC and documents details in case you have vailed Passport, Visa and Emirates ID there is no any other way to update without require Documents. However you can cancel your account by visiting any Branch.

Ans: There is no any option to update online trade license you must have to visit any branch.

If you are looking only account number then just visit nearest CDM or Download and register on dib application.
But if you want IBAN then you must have to visit any branch with Emirates id

Mr Haadi agr ap aik sai ziyada Mobiles mn id use kr rahay hn or log out krna chahtai hn to ap nain jis mobile say khtm krni hy ous ki application open kraun setting mn ja kr security k option mn jain wahan say fingerprint, face or Mpin lock ko unable kr dain or phr logout kr dain.
Agr phr b nhn ho raha too dib call center pr call kr k b access block krwa saktai hn.

How to change mobile number
Not received opt NUM
1)Are you using The number which is registered with DIB if No then update your mobile number through ATM.
2)If you are use two sims in one mobile and trying to update with the same mobile first take out one Sim and keep registered number in mobile.
Sometime if you are using two sims in one mobile then OTP takes time du to service issue.
Note: Do not share your personal information to any unknown Person or site

@@maazbabar4907 there is charges for ica that is free of cost.
But if you renew or apply for something for example renew your mobile number, id card online or any other service that has some specific changes.

Agr iss tra sai b nhn update ho raha to ab aap ATM say b kr saktay hy just kisi b nazdeeki ATM main visit krain or apna Emirates ID update krain.
