Hello du. Everyday I am trying to Update my emirates ID using your app due to right now I am on my maternity leave in philippines and I only have 15days left, I don't want you to close my mobile #! Its really not working! Its always showing SORRY THIS REQUEST HAS EXPIRED! SORRY! YOU HAVE EXCEEDED THE TIME LIMIT, please try again! But, but, but if i tried again and again and again the problem is still the same!
I emailed du customer care and i followed the instructions, uninstall the app and install again and update to new version! Still the problem is the same!!!! PLEASE HELP ME! I cant visit your kiosk I'm in PHILIPPINES!!!!!!
