I had a mildly similar experience. Apparently the lipids in my blood were so high they had to turn the centrifuge onto the max setting. The image of my one tiny vial of blood swinging around so fast all alone on a table making it shake like a washing machine still makes me laugh. My cholesterol was totally fine though.
This reminds me of a social media post a friend of mine made: "To all of the parents, when your kids start to lose their teeth, how do you resist the urge to tell them it's because they're dying?"

So I'm setting my appointment for Wednesday.
