And here we are at the long awaited Lex Luthor of Supergirl, in my opinion a very good villain! The only sin is his little time on the screen, but what he has, he uses it to perfection!

Indeed, Jon Cryer is amazing as Lex IMHO... "Supergirl" is the only Arrowverse show I don't watch (except for cross-overs) but I just had to turn up for him.
I love the look, but I totally see the point of the fans who didn't like the beard. I just think the ensemble looks good. The Warsuit will look dated in a few years, but I think it's a decent effort for their budget.
Not a very conventional Lex (for a more "definitive/complete" one, I would still choose Michael Rosenbaum's one from Smalville), but a great surprise; he owned every scene he was in.
Actor Jon Cryer was great he undoubtedly got into the character was one of the best Lex Luthor I've ever seen in years; the problem was the story that apparently did not explore the character much.

I'm here to say that Jon Cryer is much better as Lex Luthor than as Alan Harper. Jon have a lot of talent and now we are seeing this in a more dignified role.

Supergirl’s Version of Lex Luthor is My Third Favorite Live Action Version of Lex Luthor and Fourth Favorite Version of Lex Luthor of All Time. Hey Arkham Asylum did you that Jon Cryer The Actor Who Plays Lex Luthor actually played Lenny Luthor The Nephew of Gene Hackman’s Lex Luthor in The Christopher Reeves Superman Films?

Wow they actually gave Lex his warsuit in Supergirl? Not a fan of the show but it gets major points for that. Shame it looks like they only made physical props of the gloves and not the full suit, those low tv budgets are real killers when it comes to effects heavy superhero shows.

To be fair,Eisenberg`s Lex was actually Alexander Jr. Of course,even by that standard he was a step down from the heroic empath turned nihilistic lunatic who manipulated Superboy-Prime into destroying half the multiverse by showing him a fake,idealized Earth-Prime and was killed by his Earth-1 "father" in retaliation for taking his identity and "not letting The Joker play."
