Ateez is THAT group. Once you get into them, you fall into the rabbit hole. It’s also so hard to pick a bias lol. That’s why we say stanning ateez is being ot8 cause we genuinely love them all. Wait till you dig into their personalities. I think that’s my fave thing about ateez overall. Watch a guide pls!
Same. I CAN'T pick a fav. It changes daily. It was WooSan to start, then Yeosang because Halazia, then Seonghwa because gorgeous, then a little Jongho because CUTE, followed by Hongjoong because Waterbomb, and now it's Yunho because of his Booty Wurk post and Mingi because holy muscles...😮. My bias is yes, yes all of them.😂

Ateez is one group which is a black hole which will draw you towards them. Among 8 gems, San has always been my bias because apart from his phenomenal voice and incredible performances I'm drawn to his empathetic and soft side of his personality.
Is EXTREMELY hard to pick a bias in ATEEZ!! In my case, Seonghwa is my bias but the rest of them are my bias wreckers!! This never happened to me with any group but ATEEZ VISUALS AND TALENT IS NO JOKE!!

the army to atiny pipeline is very real😭
i became an army in 2016. i used to stan other groups too from time to time. i eventually lost interest in kpop as a whole when life got busier but then in 2018, ateez made an entry. after watching their predebut performances, i was already hooked. and even now 5 years later i absolutely love these boys. i keep up casually with kpop but ateez is the only group that i stan at this point
that cyberpunk perf was the first ateez video I ever saw 😅 seonghwa stole my heart from then on
Ateez showed us the choreography for Cyberpunk on their Break the Wall tour... I practically lost my mind when I seen them perform it live in Phoenix. I've been to plenty of concerts and Ateez was by far the best one I've ever gone to.
My fellow Atiny can confirm we love them all. I want to say I'm OT8 and they are all my bias/wreckers... but my Bias has always been Yeosang and he has been since I discovered Ateez shortly after their debut.

Wooyoung & Yunho are the main dancers since like pre-debut until now. Then San and Mingi are also considered main dancers and like they're all REALLY good at dancing and have insane stage presence. But for the members where like their main specialty is dancing are Wooyoung and Yunho. In my opinion I think San actually focuses more on singing (don't get me wrong his dancing is incredible with almost inhuman agility and has amazing stage presence too) and is probably right after Jongho in terms of lines and when it comes to singing the choruses of their songs.
Mingi was a main dancer from the beginning.
Ateez was the group that make me be interested in Kpop. And even when I do listen to some other groups right now Ateez remains to be the only group I can say I'm obsessed with. It was really hard for me to pick a favorite, It's usually San, but they do rotate like... daily... They are usually 2 rappers, but for Bouncy SeongHwa joined as 3rd rapper. I love your reaction because I relate so much lol. I would say watch Fireworks or a guide
Yeah seonghwa and San are a hugeee problem for everyone, all of ateez have incredible stage presence but seonghwa and san just take all your attention on stage and they’re often praised for it especially san.

The storyline is even in their live performances. The videos usually include Easter Eggs for Atiny to link the storys.
Wait until you get into Ateez more & stumble across Hwa’s live where he talked about receiving roses & how fun dating seniors was, “Oh wait, I went to an all boys school.”
I attended the Break The Wall concert in 2022…& got sooooo bias wrecked by Mingi & Yeosang. I was so glad my phone died just before Rocky & Cyberpunk. Seonghwa is the 3rd rapper. You should see the fancams of Atlanta when Jongho’s mic went out, his vocals were still hitting the nose bleed sections.

so in ateez i find it impossible to pick a solid bias. i have like 5 people that switch between being my bias and then the rest of them are wreckers. and also, the main dancers are yunho, wooyoung, and mingi! you're correct that ateez only have 2 main rappers, that being hongjoong and mingi, also seonghwa is a part of the rapline, he rapped on bouncy and a lot of the album (he slayed as usual) and on a couple songs before. so he's not a main rapper, more like a sub-rapper but the members acknowledge him as one! fun act: he originally auditioned to KQ as a rapper but debuted as a vocalist! he can do it all :)
*ALSO* i suggest you listen to their new album that came out!! "The World Ep: 2 Outlaw. it's connected to "The World Ep: 1 Movement" and it's their most successful album to date!! there are NO SKIPS imo and it feels like heaven and hell are fighting, its just so EPIC!!

On my way to watch cyberpunk now 💆♀️ their concert was so freaking awesome. One of the best concert experiences and they are all super talented. at the end of the concert i was so done and sweating, like how did that even happen? their guide is awesome too and they are all super funny. i think you will enjoy all their content on everything. Also during their concert, i was in phx and yunho was trying to say phx but said p**** and the whole stadium was flabbergasted 😂

At this point I would recommend a guide. The Ultimate Guide to Ateez by ofallthekennys is super long, but the most comprehensive guide out there currently. It has a lot of spoilers for mvs and songs though, so be warned.
As for songs I'd recommend Eternal Sunshine, Aurora, and The Black Cat Nero. All three very different songs, and they're very different to the songs you've already listened to.

Seonghwa is actually a lead vocal who raps on occasion. But he is not a permanent member of the rap line.

In "Answer" music video, the group of guys in all black called *"HALATEEZ"* they're like a dark version of ATEEZ from another dimension (it's called "Strickland") i think they came to make a deal with ATEEZ to group up and fight with "The Android Guardian" (the masked man that we see in the beginning and the end of the video)
And yes, it was them in the TV next to Seonghwa. It's from their "Say my name" music video

I have two biases in Ateez. I will not choose. I bias both The Captain and his parrot (Seonghwa) and I regret nothing. I get wrecked by literally everyone else all the time. Most often Mingi but it has been every single member.
Hongjoong is my #1.because of him i became an Atiny.the rest members can't take his place in my heart.

Welcome to ATINY! They are amazing, especially live. I was still a baby ATINY when I got the chance to see them live...it literally changed me. They are even more beautiful in real life and their vocals can bring you to tears. They are also so goofy and cute and they love each other like family. Watch a few of their early shows. The one where they train in LA is really good.
It really is hard to pick a bias in Ateez! I didn't have a bias until after a year and a half of stanning them, and since then I've added a second bias 😅

As far as the picking a bias thing goes, i started with Mingi, then added Yunho and then added Yeosang with the rest bias wrecking me on the daily.
Also, I know they're beautiful and we're obsessed but their b-sides and them as human beings are just top tier. I never thought I would love a group this much but they've definitely become my ult group. Their music has helped me through the darkest time in my life with the death of my father and I'll never look back. WELCOME BABY ATINY!!

Hongjoong, Seonghwa, and San are a part of the DEMON LINE, Their cute, lovable, incredibly beautiful and funny personalities completely change when they're on stage, and become actual DEMONS!
Everyone notices them, performance-wise, all the time! They become so freaking EXTRA when they perform. (Mingi is also insane on stage in my opinion, but not just like that, well they all are incredible... I can't really say anything... Hahaha)

I'm really loving your reactions and breakdowns, been waiting for another reaction to Ateez ever since the first one🤣As for the rappers they technically have a third one (which is Seonghwa, you've heard his rapping part in Bouncy). Until now he was considered a sub rapper, but in the Outlaw mini album he got more rapping parts and this leads us to believe he is now officially in the rapline. Also Seonghwa is my bias and I love that he got your attention multiple times throughout these three songs, stunning visual but also outstanding vocal abilities, inception was his MV. I can't wait for you to get to Utopia (possibly live, please do a reaction to the live version), I won't spoil anything else for you. Talking about Ateez as a whole, to me they feel like one of the most complete boy groups in the whole kpop, they are all great dancers but formally the main dancers are Yunho, Wooyoung and Mingi (yeah you've heard that right). That being said "positions" don't really matter in Ateez, they are all rounders

Cyber Punk in concert was insane...the whole concert was insane. I've been to about 20 kpop concerts and ATEEZ is easily either #1 or #2 for me in terms of just pure performance and enjoyment.

The best current guide for Ateez is called The Ultimate Guide to Ateez. I watched 3 or 4 guides when I was trying to find one for my sister-in-law to watch before I dragged her to the Ateez concert with me last November, and that was by far the best one. (Although it’s a little long, but in a good way.) By the way, she loved it! She kept saying, “Wow!” They blew both of us away.
Okay Say My Name and Hala Hala next. You really should watch in order 😂😂 They introduce HalaTeez, their alter egos (black outfit)
i'd say the song wonderland is a must. furthermore i'd recommend say my name and not too late. the later is a beautiful comforting and calm song.

A lot of guides are probably gonna get the positions wrong because they don’t *really* have set positions but basically the people in the dance line are Wooyoung, Mingi, Yunho, San and Yeosang. Even when you think they can’t get any better, they do. So positions are kinda arbitrary…they all do it all and they all excel at what they do :)
But you should definitely check out Say My Name, Hala Hala and Wonderland!!
Don’t let people tell you they’re not all in the dance line because I promise you, they are!! People just tend to forget that because they don’t all get the same push

Hello! You really are doing so well! You know most of their names, if not all! It took me a while to get there (and by a while I mean a couple months because I only listened to them casually in preparation for their concert at first - I was going with a friend simply because I wanted to see a k-pop concert in-person for the first time and didn't know their music, ha - seeing their MVs kicked things up a notch (because WOW), but it was really seeing them live that made me become a devoted Atiny).
I don't have a bias - I'm OT8, as they say. Part of that is because I'm an older Atiny and I see them as my goofy little brothers (once you dip into their other content besides their music and MVs, you'll get to know their personalities and REALLY fall in love with all of them and truly see how "8 makes 1 team"). But the other part of that is because I love each of them for their own individual reasons (though Seonghwa, Yeosang, and Yunho may sometimes feel like my favourites, I then feel guilty because Hongjoong, Mingi, San, Wooyoung, and Jongho are also sweeties, so I really can't name a bias :) ).
ANYWAY, for songs to listen to next (you've already watched several of my favourites), I'd suggest Limitless (a recent Japanese release, and they all look like BEAUTIFUL PERFECT MODELS in the MV), Wonderland (either the MV, OR the Symphony No. 9 "From the Wonderland" Kingdom live performance version - or both :D ), and Guerilla (which was my first song and MV I heard of theirs, since I only became an Atiny a year ago and it had just been released - which I didn't know at the time - so it was the first video to come up when I searched them on CZcams).
Welcome to the Atiny family! KQ Entertainment recently released their own app, with devoted platforms on there for both Ateez and Xikers (their other boy group that just debuted this summer and is about to have their first comeback released), so you should check it out! Wooyoung and Yunho is the Main Dancer of the group. But Yunho is the one who learns choreographies easily, mainly yunho lead them. Also Mingi and Yeosang is the dancer. San is the performer of the group.
And yeah they have a third rapper...but u wont see him oftenly...it is soenhwa...soenghwa did rap sometimes, but he is not officially in the rap line.. But he does rap sometimes. He mainly auditioned for rapper position in Ateez but ended as vocalist.
First time watching any Ateez MV or live is nothing compared to seeing them in concert! If you think you can't function with them on a screen .... it's worse in real life. We do not function, we simply exist and let them do whatever they want to do. If you want to watch a guide I recommend the one done by AllTheKennys. If you watched Bouncy then you would have heard Seonghwa rapping too!!
