In regards to the IELTS scores, again, it would depend on the course and programme, but for entry into a typical foundation course at a Kaplan college, we would require 5.5 with no less than 4.5 in each component. As per the current government visa guidelines, a student is only eligible to bring a dependent if they are a full-time student on a postgraduate level course (RQF level 7 or above) or the student is government-sponsored studying on a course for more than six months.
