Perfect explanation Dr. Mahesh..,though it may appear scary to some, fact is that every thing in this universe has an expiry date and so as the heart & its muscles. Apart from a time bound deteriorations as per the genome sequencing, which is decided at the time of birth itself. Another improtant factor, which is variable person to person, that if the heart pumping rate is high, heart pump is used more, so life shall proportinatly reduce...!

Iska matlab sir, the things we take for granted are the crucial things for health, like cardio in gym , daily with consistency only 5% of corporate people do it. Every weekend colleagues are drunk , smoking pot , smoking ciggerates is way too common like there is ciggerate break you can take by informing boss , then coming back eating shit loads of carbs roti sabji daal chawal no strength training no cardio , this is what a corporate lifestyle is for majority. But I left this lifestyle I'm 22 age. I noticed importance of taking care of my body. I seriously eat clean and do exercise I lost 30 kg of fat. Because my motivation is looking young n fit at later age. And my stress issues are cleared by osho. Thanks for your scientific n reliable video.

I found one thing strange. All over the journals and important heart associations like Mayo clinic, American heart association, it's mentioned that maximum heart rate is (220 - age). How the max number suddenly reduced from 220 to 180? I think you should correct it. (180-age) is a ridiculously low number and impossible for a laymen( not athletes) to achieve while doing resistance lifts, sprint running, fast climbing, etc. Heart rate easily shoots up to 150,160 in such situations. So the number (220-age) stands correct. What is true in your statement is, lower the better.

During routine normal activity on an average is advised to Target 70-80% of your maximum target heart rate. Which roughly corresponds to 180 for a 40 years old. To try and achieve 100% of Target would invite many new coronary events in hitherto subclinical (unknown) patients

Eating and drinking a limited diet also keeps the heartbeat fine. Eating and drinking in Japan is fine, so people live up to 120 years.
