Thanks to your review we decided to select this resort and have had an amazing vacation. We found the resort very relaxing and there were plenty of chairs available at the beach and pool in the morning. We found the staff very friendly and they did their best to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. We mostly ate at the buffet for dinner and ate at La finca for lunch we stayed for 10 days and had no issues finding something to eat . We ate in Varadero a couple of times to break up our meals. We’re so glad we came across your video in our search

This is the worst experience I've seen in my entire life! towels are not changed at all, there are more people than rooms and food, there is a line for fish that is impossible to eat, and the line for chicken breast is about 20 minutes, and in the morning there are no sunbeds available at all and they are so old and bad omg , it turns out that just like going to work you have to get up at 6 in the morning and take a seat, in in the pool, it’s impossible the drunks are there 24/7 get there from morning to evening, and 99.9 percent of Russians are from Moscow, but the most important thing is the food horrible , salt and pepper are hidden, you have to ask, if you’re lucky, they’ll bring it in 5 minutes, otherwise they’ll forget, the food it’s always cold I wouldn’t go for free
