Great video, I have been to this resort 16 times. Just got back in April and going back again in September. I don't go to Cuba for the food..only for the Sun, the beach and the people at this resort......cheers from Toronto Canada.

Mi nombre es Leonardo, quería contar mi experiencia, con mi esposa fuimos al Iberostar bella costa en Julio del 2023, lamentablemente no fue lo que esperábamos las habitaciones realmente viejas y sin mantenimiento, por las noches cortan el agua caliente y el WIFI, las paredes sin pintura y con olor a humedad, pero lo peor es que esta lleno de bichos adentro (cucarachas e iguanas).
Un día de lluvia se inundo la habitación, brotaba agua DEL TECHO, parecía una pelicula de terror.
La comidas son escasas, solo hay un solo lugar por vez para comer para todos los huéspedes, lo que significa que a la hora de abrir cada lugar es realmente imposible poder agarrar algo, no existe la carne de vaca ni las frutas, no dan vino en los almuerzos y las cervezas están calientes, no tienen hielo porque no les funcionan las heladeras, ellos dicen que es por el bloqueo...
En mi estadía de 12 días, solo dos veces cambiaron las toallas porque, según ellos, no había lavadero o lavanderia .
Son escasas la sombrillas tanto en la playa como en la pileta, por lo tanto nunca llegas a tener una.
Años anteriores hemos ido al hotel Barcelo Sol y Mar y nada de lo que pasa en el Iberostar paso allí.
Una experiencia que no se la deseo a nadie.

Which beach in cuba has the most powdered WHITE sand beach, most clear turquoise water? Cayo santa maria is currently my best one. Any other beach in cuba that can beat cayo santa maria? Thank you for your videos! It really helps me a lot in choosing the resort beaches.

Hello, was there in Dec. Not the first time in Cuba. But noticed bar service lacking, food is ehhhh. The 24 hr snack bar could serve real hamburger. And at the buffet. Wife chipped tooth on a stone in fried rice. ( lots of stones in rice) I complained: they just don’t have the time to sift out the rice. I was told Iberostar Selection was a better place to go.

Question about the water. Is it one per day? And is there a charge for it if you need more?
I was there in may and you get 2 bottles of water per day providing they are finished. So I suggest emptying them before the your room gets cleaned. If you have a half a bottle of water, they will just leave you want fresh one. But there is no extra charge and if you tip you’ll get extra waters if you ask.

@@kingfesteryes they do, but they prefer Canadian dollars. I tipped in American, all 1$ bills but if you go into Varadero or Havana bring Canadian, then exchange it with your tour guide or a local. You will get a way better rate then an atm or bank. Our are Canadian dollar goes a lot further than the American dollar does over there.

I was at this resort 2 weeks ago It is horrible and run down locks and elevators dont work and lobby is very run down and food is awful!! And i slipped and fell and hit my head on the tile because it was wet dont go there!!

Just got back from my second visit. It's a great resort, beautiful beach and pool, but there are a few caveats: 1) The wifi is very patchy. It works in the lobby, but not in the rooms. 2) The elevators are sometimes out of service and there were only two that were running. 3) The thater shows never start on time and it's very hot in there, so you're just sitting around waiting. Overall, however, I remain very pleased and will go again.

février, mars 2024 notre expérience moi et ma femme, 10 jours au (Iberostar Bella Vista Varadero) cuba
- Les taxi préfères la monnaie US
- pas de chaise pour tout l monde a la plage et la piscine
- pas de bouteille d eau en plastique seulement en vitre et sais lourd et quand ca brise c est dangereux.
- Les annonces de l hôtel ou de Sunwing et publicité ne correspond a aujourd'hui.. aucune fontaine ne fonctionne dans les jardins ou autres
- Pas de jus d'ananas et d orange fraichement presser ( seulement en poudre )
- plat topiquement Cubain ( Ropa vieja ) viande de bœuf fin avec poivron oignon etc.. et sauce tomate qu'il enlèvent a cause des Russ n'aime pas trop.
- une journées sans œuf au petit déjeuner couleur et gout pas habituel.
- Ascenseurs non fonctionnel juste 2 pour 827 chambres environ.
- aucun service de téléphone au chambre. les téléphones sont partout mais mort, pas de ligne. donc si ta besoin de quoi prend les escaliers pis va en bas!
- Aucun service de coffre-fort a moins d attendre 2 jour l'ouvrier dans ta chambre parce qu'il est dans un autre hôtel.
- un petit rouleau de papier toilette seulement si t en as plus par jour.
- et pas de papier dans les toilette public de l'hôtel et ne fonctionne pas tous.
- Resto a la carte de l'hôtel Homard oui oui homard avec des pinces trop cuite genre la viande coller sur la carapace.
( cubain resto ) et resto italien...tiramisu pareille comme les pad vert de cuisine pour frotter, dure a couper. Et resto Japonais 2 petits crevettes ouf! que dire de plus.
- Pas de triple sec ou de grand Marnier
- serviette de plage propre seulement a 9h Am sinon du garde la même!
- service additionnel pour la vue panoramique, resto et bar merveilleux environ 200$ de plus US et 3heure de plus au check out! sauf que nous avons pas eu la chambre avant 16h
et a 14h la dernière journées pas d eau pour la douche.
- Application androïde de Sunwing pratique pour vérifie les vol et retard sauf que l hôtel te coupe l internet a 15h pas capable de vérifier les voles.
- Le service médicale seulement si tu paye ou ta de bonne assurance a vérifie le numéro de téléphone si sont capable de les rejoindre.

- Banques fermer les weekends
- pas de crème de rhum seulement au durty free a l aéroport
- manque beaucoup de Cigare
- resto (Varadero 60) 60$ canadien pour une langoustine
