- I hope you enjoy this 30 minute Pilates routine. I've kept it within the style of a class I would teach in the studio but a slightly shorter version, you'll get a full Pilates workout focusing on core stability, controlled movements, toning, stretching and strengthening. Excited to be back sharing Pilates routines with you.

Lottie is such a great instructor and pleasant to listen to! One of the few instructors that don't have unnecessary chatter
after finding pilates for the first time over a year ago with a great teacher, I was devastated when she left France to return to the UK. I have been desperate to continue pilates but couldn't find any classes on line which suited me. Then I found your series of lessons and have been doing them for the last few weeks and love them. Particularly this one. more of the same please.
I have been cycling through your older classes as well as your newer classes and absolutely love them. You are so calming in your teaching and yet very instructive. Thank you!

Hi lottie , until lock down i had never done Pilates ( in fact i didn't do any exercise apart from walking) but after a little research i found your you tube channel , you are excellent at explaining and have lots off different routines , you have been a god sent in lockdown and i start every working morning with your work out , you don't bark at us like some of the others ,and you are really natural and helpful . so thank you for helping me get going in the morning , and i have progressed to the one above trying my hardest to do it all . but its brilliant , you are a star .thank you

I’m so glad your back! I’ve been doing many old videos every morning since I found out I was hypermobile. (No more yoga) hehe. Can you do a ten/fifteen minute powerful morning one? I love the 6/7 min ones I normally do 2. Thank you!

First ever attempt at pilates, I LOVED IT!!! I do lots of yoga so really recognised lots of the positioning and was able to bend into the more advanced stretches :)

This was great! I really really enjoyed it. Thank you so much. You corrected yourself when you said “right leg” and lifted your left leg so it was in a mirror for the viewer but that way was actually super helpful for me!
