*About This Sound Bath*
I live near a rain forest and often wander its overgrown trails.
Once, many years ago, while exploring off-path, I found a small, forgotten canyon. Its walls were steep, its canopy was lush, and its water was gentle.

I sat and wondered how long it had been since another human was there.
Lost in thought, I stayed for hours. Since that day, the canyon has been my sanctuary where I return often for solitude. Although I’ve never seen anyone there, I never feel alone.

Wherever you find yourself now, I hope it can be transformed into your own sanctuary. Just allow me, the birds, the stream, and the music to keep you company.

This is my favorite one. Today I have a terrible toothache and migraine on same side of my head. There’s no dentist near and the ones in nearest city have 3 month waiting lists. Crazy how since the Plandemic the whole medical system in the U.S. has gotten so bad. Anyway, I’m taking Tylenol and ice, and am keeping this beautiful sound bath playing very low . I love how peaceful it is and especially with sounds of nature. Birds and flowing creeks…yes yes 🙌 thank you!

Very relaxing. Feels like I'm back in one of the canyons in Salt Lake, laying in a hammock between two tall green trees right next to a stream. Picnic lunch is done, time to relax, drift to my peaceful place. The leaves rustle ever so slightly, accompanying the flow of the water. I hear a musical tone beneath the gurgling flow of water over the rocks. Your singing bowls drift upon the breeze subtle and enchanting. Birds chime in providing harmony to each bowl.
I am in Nirvana.
Peace is my companion.
