I have a 7 month old Yorkie & I use all these products on her silky coat. Everyone always comments on how shiny and beautiful her coat is. Even better than when she leaves the groomers, thanks for sharing your knowledge.
I followed the instructions and used tropiclean hypoallergenic, davis and the sunguard and its worked fantastic to my shih tzu! Thank you for sharing your secret. My baby’s hair now is not super dry and it makes a big difference with tangles, it reduces it to a degree and its easier to brush her hair now.
I recently had a pet grooming class and the teacher told me that I had to rinse just the 30% of the conditioner of the dog's fur because that will help to take the tangles away and the fur will be dry faster. So I did it with 3 of my 9 pets and I had to bath them the next day because they started to scratch a lot.
So what you are teaching in this video is so true "keep rinsing until the water rinsing clear" "the color of water should be clear"

I’ve got a Pomeranian, and have been watching your vid since I got him a couple years ago. He gets brushed was daily to keep stickers and such out of his coat. I love showsheen detailed spray for this…makes it really easy! I also wouldn’t be with my slicker brush! And Sammy loves getting brushed.

I have a 2 year old husky German Shepard mix (just a guess he was found as a puppy on the street) and a 5 year old Rat terrier (again a guess we were told he was a lab mix but he’s only 25 lbs). I am so glad I’ve found you! My Maltese Shih Tzu mix puppy went into heat :/ I had to cancel her spay surgery next week and there’s no grooming for her until she’s done. Ugh! 6-8 weeks?!! We have a Formosan Mtn. Dog. She has a serious deadcoat and sheds. I going to try the technique I saw in another video of yours … a comb after the shower. We also have another dog 1/2 FMD and poodle. Your videos have really opened my eyes to caring for him. His feet are very itchy so keeping them clean and trimmed are really necessary. He also sheds. 😢

I have got two smooth coated fox terriers. Their coat is very low maintenance. Occational brushdown. The rear, tail and neck look nice if trimmed but is really only required if you show them.

Hi Go Groomer, I know it’s an old video..watching this with my almost two year old Cavalier. His coat is to the floor and beyond. I’ve had to cut his bib so he won’t trip playing, and even after a short walk he needs an undercarriage shower. (We live in the desert and it’s muddy a lot in the morning. ) I got a blower so he won’t get Matt’s as much. We definitely need to try this as if I hit a tiny knot he gets upset. Thanks very much. I know he will appreciate this.

OMgosh! I Never thought of using a poofer sponge to wash my pet with! A friend of mine uses woolite for her light fur baby and the woolite for dark on her dark fur baby as their second wash and then conditioner. Their coats are so pretty!

Hi, I am so impressed with your videos and so grateful that you share them with us. I have a poodle doodle. I also have a mixed Australian Terrier. Way different hair. Both are rescue dogs and I can’t even begin to describe the
joy each has given me.. A lot of training on my part. My grooming skills suck. I moved to MX and can’t find any of the suggested products that you have listed. A lot of the products listed on Amazon, no longer are no delivering since the Pandemic. Could you suggest other ways to obtain any other shampoos and conditioners that maybe similar to the ones you posted. I noticed that you have an online grooming class. yes, I use a slicker brush before and after the bath but before drying...Really makes the brush out effective:) I'm so glad you like your slicker brush:) It is just about the most important tool for your dog.
@@GoGroomer I'm Judy so glad he likes it! He hated the one another groomer suggested with a passion. He's getting a lot better getting groomed and bathed. The only real pain now is that there area certain parts I'd hiss body that he'll allow me to do and some he's only ok with my husband doing lol. Still having a TREMENDOUSLY hard time getting him to let me trim his nails!

Bulldog, but the friend I'm stating with in Florida has 10 mini poodles...so I've gotten pretty good with a poodle trim. My grandpuppy is a Shih Tzu...once again...that helps with my learning and doing situation. April the groomer that has taught me much is my hero.

I have a year old goldendoodle thats mostly poodle and she has just a little bit of irish setter. Her coat was very loose and pretty straight for about the first 6 months. After that it just kept getting tighter and tighter curls. I have not found a good shampoo or bathing routine for her yet so all summet we kept her cut pretty short. Im looking forward to trying this method out to see if we can let her get some lenth back over the cold snowy winter. Thank you for your videos. I’ve just found you recently and what a joy you are! Covid has pushed me to attempt to do more home bathing and grooming. I am ordering a number of products you have linked. I have a 9 year old Cavachon who easily knots up. Ears are often problematic since they seem to almost have static electricity that matts them up. I’m hoping your bathing instructions, the Tropiclean shampoo, Sunguard and grooming comb really help. How often should I be bathing her?

Thank you for being one of the very few good people out there in the world. You taught me so much through your channel. Maizy is my first dog. I’m 32 years old and dreamed of having a dog my whole life so it’s been an amazing ride with my girl so far. Unfortunately, I’m just not real informed on how to take care of her. I am trying though and I know she knows that. We do pretty good considering I’m behind the curve on my insight and dog knowledge. Maizy is the best. Super sweet and coo coo due to her intelligence labradoodle brain. She’s had so many ear infections and allergy problems (flaky dry itchy scaly skin 75% of her life). I changed her diet to a better dog kibble. Add supplemental nutrients to her food along w salmon oil for her skin. The pumpkin mix I add to her food even has a little bit of coconut oil. Sadly she’s still itching and shaking that head and licking her woohoo more than ever now. Her skin got better after the switch initially, however, I think it’s now worst than ever. Im going to definitely try the conditioner you recommend with the UV conditioner. I just want her to be healthy and vibrant like a young 1 year old doggie should be. Please let me know about any other suggestions you may have to share that would help my girl. Maizy is not a curly labradoodle. She has wavy hair and just looks like a long wavy labradoodle (actually to be honest now that’s she’s grown I’m pretty sure she is largely Irish wolfhound - we got her from Amish folks - very nice people but they aren’t kennel club breeders if you know what I mean... lol. Her dads a gigantic standard and her momma is a classic chocolate lab). Sorry for the long message... I’m totally flattered you messaged me.
