Ride were brilliant. I followed them from the beginning, had all the ep's on vinyl, festivals etc. Then carnival of light came.. wtf?? It was good live though on a rougher mix
weird that they didn't attempt to do something more like the recording. I'm not against this, but it's not mind blowing. I swear to god if I smoke a toke and listen to the album... mind blow. This is good though. Just simpler. And not as amazing.
